I am not sure if the hour was realistic for my expectations. The experience was just okay.

The service was fine. I was mildly surprised that he brought his daughter to the job. However, the quality of the work was fine and I was pleased the service.

I wanted him to do some other stuff that was not exactly his forte. However, the experience was fine.

After calling Mr. Goldman made appointment time for next day. Arrived early and installed router and assisted in IPAD setup. Friendly and explained everything very well. Would definitely use again and highly recommend him.

He arrived on time and spent over an hour fixing the problems I told him about.

Mark answered our call immediately and set up appointment for us to fit our schedule. The morning of the appointment he called to confirm time, He arrived right on time. He spent about an hour with us and completed all we had listed as issues. He was very pleasant, listened well, explained what he was finding, what he was doing, and what he was recommending. He was offering a discount coupon on his website which he provided us for this job. It was a great value. He is going to be our PC Guy from now on!

Mark arrived on time and did everything I needed. I liked him a lot. He even called back to make sure all was doing well.

I had recently updated my operating system to Windows 7- and since my computer is a few years old, I thought it might be a good idea to have someone check it out just to make sure that everything was working correctly. I found PC Guy on Angie's List, and purchased a coupon for 1 hour of diagnostic service & repair for $54.00. Mark definitely knows how to give good customer service. I purchased the coupon Monday afternoon, and he called me Tuesday morning to set up the appointment! Mark showed up right on time and immediately went to work on my computer. He cleaned up a lot of files that I wasn't using and then optimized the whole system so my computer will run even faster. Before he left, he was kind enough to leave 2 of his business cards - 1 for me, and 1 to give away. It always surprises me that more businesses don't do this. I wouldn't hesitate to give someone that extra card.

I called him and left a message for him to fix my computer. He called me back in 5 minutes and was out to fix my computer the next day which was a Saturday. He told me that he would arrive at 9am and sure enough he was here just a few minutes after. I never had someone that responsive or that helpful come out and fix my computer before. We had a thunder and lightening storm the night before causing all the lights to go out. Three hours later when I went to restart the computer nothing happened. I had the computer plugged into a power strip that was affected by the storm and he plugged the computer straight into the wall to get it working again. I did think that it was the monitor that had gone out, so I went out and bought a new monitor, but I mentioned that I got his name from Angie's List and got a $20 discount which was very helpful.

I called Mark at 9:00 in the morning and told him I was having computer problems and needed help. He said he would call back shortly after he had finished the job he was on. He called back in about 15 minutes. I explaind the problem and he said he could come to my house in about a half hour and diagnose the problem. He arrived on time and spent an hour diagnosing and repairing my computer. It was a matter of cleaning old and unused programs and updating systems. The computer runs much better and the Internet Explorer problem is gone. The charge was a reasonable $60. I will call Mark if I have any more problems.

I called Mark and left a message on his cellphone. He returned the call later in the day and tried to walk me through a process that would help me reset my password. I didn't feel confident in my ability to do this, so he was kind enough to come to my home and work through the processes for me. He came first thing the next day and would have come that evening if I had wanted him to. He arrived on time, was neat and courteous. He got my password reset and then helped me with some other issues I was having on getting my system setup the way I wanted it. He was very proficient at his work and was able to give my computer a once over to check for anything that shouldn't be there. I was very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend the PC Guy to anyone who has computer problems.

I work as a graphic artist for a printing company; when I came to work, I discovered my PC Server was down. Even though we tried many different things, the PC would not work. This put us in a real jam as we have deadlines we have to meet for our customers, and I was unable to do any work. We called a service that we had used in the past, but they were no longer in business; we called several other contacts, but were unable to locate someone to help us. I decided to look on Angie's List and found Mark's name. I called and told him the situation; he walked me through a short diagnostic over the phone. He told me he was almost certain that he knew what the problem was and agreed to work us in his schedule. Mark told me he would call me when he was on his way to our shop, and he followed through. He arrived on time with the part and was able to have our Server up and running quickly. We really appreciated him accommodating us on such a short notice. We will use Mark in the future.

Called PC Guy and Mark said bring it in. Called me back the same day to confirm it was the power supply and told me he tried the local "Dell authorized service center" for the part. They were out of stock for that part, and it was a unique part that wasn't available generically, only through Dell. He ordered the part online from Dell and found it was out of stock there as well. I was able to retrieve my hard drive from him quickly to gather some needed files while we awaited the part. When it arrived (5 days later) he assembled, tested, cleaned up some temporary files and returned it to me. He installed the additional memory I requested for the cost of the chips only. The cost (with Angie's list discount) was exactly the quoted amount.

It went well. Mark was very pleasant, professional, and informative. He did an excellent job for a fair price, and my computer is running well now.

It went fine. I could not be more pleased. My perception was that they honest.

Mark arrived on time on Monday and disconnected our existing desk top. While doing that he discovered that our computer did not have a program to create cd's to transfer the files, and he didn't have the equipment he needed with him. He had to purchase some items ($100 worth) and returned the next day to install them and complete the transfer of our files. He decided it would be best to charge us a flat rate for the project vs. an hourly rate. He felt this would be a better value for us.

Mark was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. It was a pleasure to work with him. He offered alternatives and options for my computer repair, explained the details of what may be needed and displayed genuine interest.

I found Mark on Angie's List and called him. He was able to see me right away that same day.

Overall, it went fine. My only negative comment was Mark was over an hour late. He did apologize for this. The computer continues to work well and my wife is much happier than she's been with service we'd received previously from another computer guy.

We set an appointment for Sunday, but Marc called back to say that he could come a day earlier, which he did. He called along the way to verify his arrival time (we're in the mountains), and addressed all the problems efficiently.

I got a new computer this summer and when I would try to email articles found on the internet or contact someone on craigslist I got a pop-up to use Outlook. I don't have Outlook and there was no way to enable it or get around it. The guy who built my computer couldn't figure it out (and he BUILT my computer) but Mark came out and fixed my problem. He tried to talk me through it (for free) on the phone which I thought was very nice of him but I am not very computer literate so I decided to have him come out which he did right away. He didn't mention anything though about a senior discount or any discount which would have been nice since I see he does offer one. Maybe he was afraid he would insult me if I weren't over 65 (I'm 66 and should know by now to automatically ask). I definitely will call him again if I need computer assistance.

I called Mark telling him I couldn't get my e-mail with the used laptop I had bought and had installed myself. He tried helping me over the phone for about 20 minutes. I am not technically savvy, so I dropped it off at his home on Monday. He had it done for me to pick up on Tuesday, just in time for my road trip when I needed it.

No problems on our end; several on his. The PC has returned to its mild-mannered self. He's a kind man who cares about the quality of his work and satisfaction of his clients. Never mind two of his family dogs that don't know how to bark in their inside voice. I also failed to mention the senior discount. My fault.
