The printer needed to get synced with my computer. He ended up coming to my house and was great. I did have to pay extra for him to come to my home but he solved my problem. He was courteous and professional.

He was very kind and wonderful! We don't have much of computer knowledge but he took a long time to help us. Thank you very much, Mr. Goldman.

I had him work on an old computer that I have that was working very slow. He works from home and was able to get my computer to operate a lot more smoothly. Mark is very good at what he does. He is very quick, fair, thorough, and has a very reasonable price. I also appreciate that he offered me free advice whenever I need it.

He took a generous amount of time until it was completed. Friendly and professional. It's nice to get this resolved for a low amount of money without taking the computer out of my home and/or not being able to use it for a few days. Convenient way to receive computer repair services.

The computer is now running without web pages and quot;stallingand quot; and being disconnected. Response time for searches much quicker. Have had very minor stalling issues with Netflix. Mark handled everything professionally and made sure everything was working properly before he left the premises. Had a scheduling issue which was also handled in a courteous manner and resolved in a prompt manner. I would definitely use his services again.

After he has done work for me I do not have any internet explorer.

The printer is working much better. Never did really solve the on-line problem.

Everything that I had wanted to be done was done. One beneficial thing for me was Mark not only showing me how to do this or that, but then having me do it myself a time or two. Quite satisfied with everything that was done. Since you are paying for Mark's time, much of the time the last visit was just waiting for the laptop to do its thing. However, I knew and accepted the hourly rate and whenever I may need other work done, will most certainly contact Mark again.

The service from PC Guy was pretty much a waste of time. He didn't real do what he was supposed to do. I wouldn't use him again, that's for sure. My need was to get my laptop up to speed. Essentially, he didn't do any of it. He formatted my hard drive and got that process started, but I ended up finishing the whole thing anyway. He didn't do any more than what I was going to do.

The computer works so much better now. But, there was just one problem. The printer no longer worked after he completed the clean up. I called him and he responded right away. We made another appointment and he had to uninstall then re-install the printer. Now the computer and printer are working great.

initially there were a few snafus in scheduling but we finally got coordinated and he was prompt at the appointed time

Went well. I've infomed Mark that I have several other "tasks" to be accomplished but thus far has completed the issues to get new computer working properly.

He was good. Did what he said he would do.

I had a terrible problem with my computer. I called Mark. He told me how to fix it over the phone and refused to charge me! I felt bad, so I tried to get him to sell me a backup drive and install it. He felt that an on-line backup service was better, and referred me to one. Again, he refused to charge me. Pretty amazing!

The only problem I had was he bought an add-on which I did not order. I wound up having to buy a new computer anyway and still have the new component.

Mark is our go-to guy for any computer problems. He responded by phone immediately trying to walk me through several attempts to recover. When the attempts failed he came right over to our home to diagnose the problem. The problem was not recoverable. He took the computer and repaired and installed a new and better operating system overnight and downloaded our Carbonite recovery files. Thankfully we had Carbonite. He brought the computer back the next morning and re-installed it and spent all time we needed to make sure all worked again. Mark is personable, patient, and responsive. We couldn't ask for a better resource.

Mark is wonderful!!! The first time he worked on my computer, it appeared to be okay but he told me to play with it for a couple of days and let him know how it went. I discovered the problem was still there and he graciously offered to give it another try. He spent an hour and a half the second time and was very patient. He talked me through the process and he was able to figure out the problem. Now my computer works like a dream! If you need a repair, call Mark. He's awesome and knows his stuff!!!

After my first experience with the PC Guy, I wrote a review on David that was very complimentary. This was about five months ago. On this particular visit he was as calm and helpful as I had remembered. He was prompt and got right to work, and seemed to clear up our problems. He was here from 9:00 A.M. till 10:30, gave us a bill and left. The shock came when my wife showed me the bill - $162 for 1 1/2 hours. Much as I have liked his work, this kind of charge puts him out of my league for the future. Gerald Moore

took less than an hour, I felt confident in what he was doing, talked to me the whole time. He explained a few things and when we hung up my computer worked great. I would call him again. Thanks.

It went okay. They cleaned out a lot of files. They made my computer run faster. I have a Compact computer and they were here for about an hour and a half working on it. I liked that they knew what they were doing and they did do a good job at it.

PC Guy was not the appropriate person for the job that I needed, however, he was extremely helpful and guided me to the appropriate people. I will call him again when I am in need of his services.

Due to time it was necessary to due 3 sessions, he was always available and was very efficient. I recommend him qnd would use him again

Mark was on time, proffessional and great to work with. he set about his job and completed his work in short order. Just what you would want from all in home service providers. I would highly reccomend his work and will use him again should the need arise. Dan Haney
