Description of Work: Mark arrived at my house on time and with a smile! He listened to my concerns about the performance of my pc and quickly checked certain programs for diagnostic clues. With a very calming way about him, he quickly assessed the problems and proceeded to make the proper adjustments. I have had in-home technical support before and it was usually not a pleasant experience. With no scare tactics, Mark has restored my faith in that method of pc help!

Description of Work: I thought I was having trouble with my wireless router in trying to get a Kindle hooked up and wanted to pay someone to come to the house to figure it all out. A phone call from the PC guy, some questions and great, patient info from him ended up solving all of the "problems" and gave me the information I needed to understand the real cause of the problem. He didn't charge me because to him it was a quick fix with a short phone call. He's a wonderful fellow and he's at the top of my list for any trouble in the future with my computer. I'm recommending him to all my friends.
