Installed 7 push piers in two days and was able to raise the foundation of one wall up one inch to level it back with the rest of the house. The crew of Jonathan H, Manuel A and Gerardo T did an efficient and clean job. I was kept informed at every step of the process.

excellent workers from first estimate to completed job. Estimator Demetrius Dotson very patient in inspecting what needed to be done and answering questions in a way I could understand. To do the job, workers Aaron and his brother Lyndonn kept us informed of arrival time and explained what they will be doing. Excellent work and even helped put back some items in to the garage (one was very heavy} in areas that would not affect the work done. Beyond expectations for me and I thank them all.

Your crew of Vlices Madera, Roger Mancanares & Angel Sanchez were fantastic. They were hardworking & courteous. Customer service couldn?t be better. They even put the grass back & asked if I was satisfied before leaving.

They installed helical piers. My house has so much damage from their repairs we are left with thousands of dollars worth of damage not to mention losing over $100000 in profit as we were not able to put our home on the market and now the prices have declined in the housing market. Ryan McNeil was the foreman on our work and I would never want him doing any work on my home again. After installing the helical piers he never raised them as they were supposed to and he didn?t even tighten the screws that go up to the metal beams that hold the house up. We have horrible cracks throughout our home that were never here before we even hv pieces falling off the walls. Ryan Kanter whom came out scheduled us for April for them to come and complete the work that was never finished a year ago and they were a no show. Now I have been told that a supervisor by the name of Matt would call me on Thursday to schedule to come look at all our damage and it is now Saturday with no call from him.

We had a very positive experience with the crew from Groundworks consisting of Foreman Gabriel Amaya, and crew members Juan and Rodrigo. Gabriel was courteous; the work was done efficiently and professionally. The Foreman communicated with us regularly during the course of the week-long project. They made every effort to minimize the disruption to our household and schedule. We have every hope that our water problems have been solved.

It is amazing at how bad of an experience it has been to work with Groundworks. $35K project that I?m a key stakeholder in and the pervasive poor communication and follow through is beyond surprising. The sales team is best at communication however the implementation side didn?t even communicate with me about the timing of the project until they were on their way to the site that morning. They didn?t reach out to coordinate other trades work for moving hvac, plumbing, etc and had to reschedule multiple times because of lack of internal coordination and planning. One team doesn?t talk, plan, or coordinate with another team. Absolutely terrible experience

Luis, Ramon, and Rodrigo did a great job. They were very polite and easy to get along with. I would recommend them to anyone.

Blake and his crew were amazing and went above and beyond in every way. They encapsulated my crawlspace and now itâ s clean, insulated and safe! We couldnâ t be happier.

Prince Miles and Cleveland Buckley did an exceptional job. They notified us prior to their arrival and were very clear in their explanation of work to be done. Their workmanship was very neat and they cleaned up the job site as they worked. They answered all our questions and were very patient as we were very curious about materials being used, etc.

Gabriel Amaya and Mauro Soria were professional and a good team. They were on time, worked continuously throughout the day and meticulous when coming and going through the house. They explained their procedures prior to starting and when the job was completed they showed me what they did. This is the second time we have used Groundworks and have been pleased with their work both times.

Jesus and Jose were very professional and knowledgeable. They were here on time and were able to finish and clean up all before 1:30 in the afternoon. I will definitely recommend them to others!

As a rule, I don't leave reviews. This is one that I feel is needed in these times of shady contractors and vendors who over promise and under or never deliver. I was present during the entire process. I had some serious ground shifting taking place with this terrible Colorado clay. They had to raise my garage slabs 5" in one corner next to the house foundation and level the entire garage. In addition, they leveled everything including the upper part of my driveway, sidewalk, and front porch, not a small job. They asked my opinion throughout the process and made recommendations that were very sound and using common sense to a couple of areas needing some serious attention. The professionalism and work performed is what is making me provide this review, the 5-year warrantee is an added benefit. Their work was so good that two neighbors are currently calling them for help with their own project after watching them work on my project. Always keep in mind with any large project, it's about the vendor's personnel that will deliver success or failure. Groundworks has over delivered and Iâ m very impressed with everything from the beginning to end. Very impressed Groundworks, thank you!

The staff who showed up were respectful and pleasant. Brick Arden, Stephen Adsit, Eric Ramirez, Angel Sanchez and Jaqorian Diamond were great men. GW should be happy to have these workers. My only regret was not understanding completely what I was paying for. The job completed seems well done, but not exactly what I was expecting. I am to blame, since I should have asked more, better questions. Would I use them again... yes. Will I ask more questions, yes.

Groundworks is absolutely fantastic! The crew that came to our house was by far the best I've ever worked with. They were friendly, quick, and did wonderful work! Our foundation was already moved 2-3 inches back by the time they left! They even helped level out some extra dirt we had sitting in the yard with their equipment. I would 100% use Groundworks again and have even referred them to multiple people already!

I wish I could give them -10 stars. This is the first time I have ever gone out of my way to give a poor review (I give many positive ones). I had a truly terrible experience with Groundworks. They installed a sump pump in my basement so that I could mitigate a one-time water problem and prepare my home for a pre-inspection to put it on the market (that's really the only reason I invested the thousands of dollars. Then months later puddles of water were collecting on the basement floor even though it wasn't raining. Turns out the crew didn't seal the PVC joints for the discharge and water was coming IN the exterior discharge and leaking on to the floor. In other words, there install CAUSED flooding in my basement. I called three times to finally get someone to come address it. He came 40 mins late. I had to leave while he worked and he assured me that the problem would be resolved and the floor would be dry. 45 mins later he called to tell me that he "fixed" the problem, but he spilled water all over the basement. He had one 5 gallon bucket to catch the water, but it was not enough. See the photos for the result. Remember my home inspection? It's tomorrow. I'm completely screwed and it's completely this company's fault. When I got home to review the damage I found the sump pump left unplugged. Honestly, pretty unbelievable. Again, I am the furthest from a complainer. I'm a generous tipper and an all-around decent dude who treats my own customers well. I do, however, pass along my experience as a cautionary tale for anyone considering Groundworks.

First of all, here was our problem: when there was an EXCESSIVE amount of RAIN, our basement would FLOOD to the tune of at LEAST 3 to 5 inches. So we did some research and decided that GroundWorks would be the company to go with... Their Rep (Zane Mitchell) was VERY professional, and gave us a pretty good insight into our options (no pressure), what to expect, and also how the process would flow. Afterwards, after committing to their work, there were pretty much NO surprises, as this was a process that is/was very NEW to me. THEN came the ground crews. These guys were VERY professional - and were considerate enough to inquire of us if there were any issues wrt decisions to make. I'll ADMIT: when Zane told us that these guys would be FINISHED in THREE DAYS, I somewhat DOUBTED that -- but he was CORRECT! These guys COMPLETED the job in THREE DAYS! And -- they EVEN TRENCHED an underground DISCHARGE PATH EXACTLY where we ASKED them to place it! When the completed the job, they took us on a tour through the work area to ask if there was ANYTHING that looked out of place or not completed. We were pretty satisfied. They even cleaned up the work area (e.g., our whole basement) fairly well. From what I saw, I'd DEFINITELY recommend this company to anyone having the basement flooding issues we were having!

Price and Mariano came at specified time and injected our front concrete porch to raise it. Prince explained and showed us what they were doing. Very professional and slab is raised! Would highly recommend!

What I appreciated - aside from the quality of work - was that when issues occurred, I was notified immediately. If someone makes an error, they admitted it and took immediate action.

I paid $13,000 for foundation repairs that did not ever address the 3" of sinking floors to the middle of my floors, after getting 2 separate opinions/quotes from Groundworks and Peak Structural, Inc., owned by the same company. Recently, I have not been able to get in contact with anyone to address my original concerns.

You spend weeks choosing a contractor, you book months out because of availability, they stress your requirements to get the project done, and then they do not show up. I had to call them to find out they were pushing my job a month. No warning, no seeing if I could support the new date, after I did my part and took the day off and got a dog sitter. Groundworks, your customer service is atrocious.

I hired peak structural to prevent water from coming in my home. They are now Groundworks. And only dowork under ground. My entire home is under ground. Peak Structural worked on it. With our recent rains, I had a leak from the area I paid to make sure I didn't have a water issue. 2 to 3 gallons a day dripping frommyconcrete ceiling which is under ground. I now tested positive for mold right below where you worked on my home. Any good company would back up their work. But ground works says they don't owe me shit. I think they do . So you 1 last chance to fix it before I file suit. 720 366 0963. I don't want to hear anything other than you will fix it.................no more bullshit.
