They were Fantastic from the first phone call. Exceptional receptionist- Salesman- Crew that performed the job- All the above were VERY KNOWABLE. They were on time and were very polite. After completing the the work, they cleaned up what was very minimal dust piles from drilling the concrete to inject their product. Jacob, and Nick were very professional and informative. Gabriel Amaya and his crew did an excellent job installing a foundation drainage system. They made sure all items in the basement were covered to protect them from dust and fulfilled all aspects of the job specified in the estimate. This crew seemed to work well together and were professional

The project manager came out to discuss options for repair and how to ensure water direction away from the home would be done. The team came out as scheduled and did the work within a day. They forgot to add in drainage rocks for the last part of the work so I had to reschedule a time two weeks later. The manager apologized for the oversight and came out a day earlier than scheduled. For the most part I'd say they did work as promised. Now it is a matter of waiting for rain/snow melt to see if the retaining wall repair and drainage worked.

For a customer service oriented company the suck badly at what they claim to do best. The quality of work and attention to detail was great. The group of guys that came to my home to do the work were complete Rock Stars. I would hire them again solely based on the work performed and the guys that came to my home to do the work, however, the carpet dwellers of this company are unprofessional and need some coaching when it comes to dealing with situations that are out of "normal" parameters.

One of their customer service ladies was very rude to me so I had to call back and get someone else. Then they had some trouble getting here when they said they would be here. The people who did the work were very nice and I really liked them.

Very professional. Felipe who was the job foreman handled all details of concrete removal and sump pump and piping installation. Clean-up was immaculate. Courteous and efficient crew.

The staff and workers were all very friendly and great to work with. They got the job done quickly and were very professional.

Their overall work is the worse of the worse. There is a total disconnect with the office and the workers in the field. They started and stopped work due to having incorrect information when the workers showed up on site. Each time the workers showed up there would be a totally different crew. The damage they did to our drywall and framing to cut out the beam was very unprofessional and they state upfront that that I would have to hire someone to repair drywall, but who would have known they'd be so reckless and unprofessional. I had another company look at the repair work needed and they were shocked. They even more shocked to hear what Complete Basement charged and the mess the left behind. Months later I am still trying to get the entire work closed out. I honestly feel that I have been ripped off by Complete Basement

They did a great job leveling our foundation by installing helical piers and a monopost. It took a while to get them scheduled, and a bit longer to get the job completed, but the quality of the work was outstanding.

Installed new drain system, removing old system in a basement. Good job.
