Description of Work: For years Chase has been cleaning my carpets, rugs and at times other things. In the early days I thought they were great. Then they could not bring the rugs back on time. They wanted me to pick them up later at their office. Their tile grout cleaning was not well done but what really put me over the edge was when I asked them to clean my cloth dinning room chairs. The wood and the cloth looked no different than when they started to clean and they gave me no explanation-jujst a big bill. I had been a good client for approximately 10 years and then I guess familiarity meant they could do any kind of job they wanted and not explain poor cleaning. They seem more interested in their newsletter than whether their clients houses are clean like they promise in their letters! I tried to protest but frankly, I sense they are too busy to care

Description of Work: cleaned carpet in third floor walk up condo - quite a hassle, did a beautiful job. Very helpful moving furniture, contacting me after the fact to make sure all was in good shape, etc.

Description of Work: Whole house carpet cleaning. Very good, but very expensive.

Description of Work: They showed up on time infact they called and came early. They came in and did a through cleaning and deoderizing of the carpet. They were very professional I would highly recomend them.
