They were punctual. They said there were no stains to worry about, and to come back in two hours when they should be about done. I did, and they were long gone. My problem is the price. I didn't add in the hallway, but they charged me another 23 bucks for that. And the actual square footage was less than my guess (I didnt' know exactly as it wasn't my house yet when I called). I think the price was simply outrageous for the less than two hours they were here. They did give me a break for coming from Angie's List. I didn't know if there were stains or what shape things were in, but if they had had a tough one I could understand the charge. But this took little time, and they didn't even vacuum well before tackling the carpet. If you have a real problem, these may be the guys to call. But if not, go somewhere else. They want way to much for a simple cleaning.

These guys are a little more expensive than companies I've used in the past, but the results were worth it. They got stains out that the last company didn't get on the previous 2 visits, will definitely use them on all my rentals and my home. Carpet was like new when they left and they even got the filtration dirt out, which I didn't think there was any chance they would.

Initially, I was unhappy with the services performed. Chase came back and made everything right. They went above and beyond by refunding all of my money spent-despite my telling them it wasn't necessary. Their work is terribly expensive, but I would use them again in the future if necessary as I prefer their method. Other companies do not seem as familiar with wool carpeting.

A crew of two men arrived promptly at 9am. Someone else had previously given us a price quote on the job so they went over the job details with me prior to starting. Next they carried in two white area rugs we had previously dropped off to be cleaned. Then they carefully began to pad and protect corners, railings and walls along with moving furniture and placing blocks where needed. Where Superior Carpet Cleaning had come in and "cleaned" in less than 30 minutes, these guys took their time, pretreated, spot checked with black lights and worked the problem spots with diligence. After roughly 90 minutes, they set out a huge commercial dryer to help dry the carpet. The area where we had a cat urine stain was further treated with a powder solution that was left on for 24 hours. Once vaccuumed the black light showed NO residual - the stain was gone. (The stain was not visible to the eye, only with a black light, so we knew it was still there after the prior cleaning) The crew was very professional , thorough & courteous. I will use them for all future cleaning & HIGHLY recommend them. You definitely get what you pay for. And the 2 white 8x10 area rugs came out spotless and fresh! (price of the area rug cleaning not reflected in the price above)

Wonderful, as always. Carpets looked new again. Rugs were beautiful as always. This company is dependable and you aways get the best work done. Workers are very knowledgeable and respectful. They work hard!

They do in-house, but they prefer to take rugs out of the house. They have the rug for about 2 weeks, and they clean it and dry it. They are as good as anybody in Denver, without a doubt. They are expensive.

I told them we previously had a disappointing experience and that we had even moved all of the furniture ourselves for this company to make it easier for them. They still did an unsatisfactory job. I told them I was particular and that I did not want another experience like that. They assured me they would do a better job than the previous company. They even worked to get out some ink in the carpet. I worked with them on it and we got it out. It was red and yellow ink. I would use them again.

They did not clean my whole closet and they are terribly expensive. They charged another fee for to take out the hall rug. I have 2 chairs that sit close to each other and that gets a little worn away and he was saying that those areas are a little difficult. I think he should have tried a little harder and he did not let me know what is being done or was done.

The men arrived, discussed the job with me as they observed the carpets, set up, vacuumed and worked very hard to get my carpets so clean! As always, I am so very happy with the service and the very clean carpets I now have. They look like new! I would recommend Chase Carpet Cleaners to any and all. I believe they are the best in Denver and its surrounding neighborhoods. They really take care and pride in their work. I have used them many times with complete satisfaction!

Chase came on time for an estimate and was able to give me separate pricing for the upstairs (that needed it the most) as well as the downstairs as an additional option. They were on-time and professional. They provided both a written quote and additional material to educate me on their process. My 7+ year old carpet has never been professionally cleaned and was only vacuumed when I got around to it. After the cleaning, the carpet looked great. Some areas looked brand new. The parts that were already worn from heavy traffic didn't look new, but were vastly improved. (some dammage was permanant from my lack of regular care). Chase didn't use those grocery store cleaners - they use a truck mounted delivery system that really cleans well. The 2 man cleaning crew moved furniture and repeated cleaning on a couple of trouble spots to make sure the job was done right. I got a great value for my money.

THIS COMPANY IS ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. THEY SCHEDULE AS CLOSELY TO THE NEEDS OF THE CUSTOMER AS POSSIBLE. IN THIS CASE, THEY SCHEDULED BEFORE MY NEW CARPET WAS INSTALLED. THE WORK THEY DO IS REALLY BEAUTIFUL. I REALLY BELIEVE IT IS THE VERY BEST IN THE WHOLE DENVER AREA. MY FURNITURE IS CREAM WITH FLOWERS AND PRETTY OLD. IT NOW LOOKS LIKE NEW AGAIN. AFTER I FOUND ONE SPOT I THOUGHT SEEMED A LITTLE DULL, THEY CAME RIGHT OUT AND RECLEANED THE LOVE SEAT CUSHION. IT SPARKLES. THEY ARE KIND, PROFESSIONAL AND WELL TRAINED. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND THEY ARE MY CARPET PEOPLE! LOTS OF INFORMATION AND GOOD IDEAS ARE ALSO FOUND IN THEIR NEWSLETTERS. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR WORK AND SERVICE.

They are outstanding, reasonably priced, and we will continue to use them and recommend them to others.

They keep in touch with us through news letters and calenders but they don't bother us. We do plan to use them again soon.

They are really professional and are really experts at having carpets cleaned. They leave their favorite carpet cleaning product with you and give advice over the phone eon how to treat a carpet stain.

They did a beautiful job on the carpet. They are very meticulous and careful with fine carpets. Their customer service is wonderful. I arrived shortly after closing to pick it up, and they still let me come in, and said if I was ever running late to just call and they would always try to accommodate me.

Having just sold all of our living room furniture, I realized, at the last minute, it would be a good time to get the carpet shampooed. The room was empty and new furniture was arriving in 2 days. I called about 11:00 a.m. and they said they could do it at 1:00 p.m. that day. Good, hard workers, and good job. We had used Chase before so they sent the guys with a bill from what I had told them on the phone. They had measurements in their computer. It was for way more area than they did this time. I called and they quickly re-figured the cost. They also called the next day to see if all was done to my satisfaction. They also give you a bottle of spot remover for your use in between carpet cleanings.

I have used Chase for quite a number of years. Although I have on rare occasion tried other cheaper companies, I always go back to Chase. On the one occasion when I had to call them back because they didn't do a satisfactory job removing some stains, they came right back out and worked on them to my satisfaction. Overall, in my experience they have very good customer service.

I would and am hiring them again to clean my carpets.
