Amazing Moves Moving & Storage

Amazing Moves truly does an amazing job. Setting up the appointment was a breeze, and even changing the details of the move at the last minute (shortened from 8-10 hours to 5) was no issue. The 3 man move crew was prompt, professional; they do the work in a jiffy and with a smile. They didn't put even a single nick in a wall at either place, nor were any of our belongings damaged even the slightest. They also took great care to make sure that they didn't track dirt into our home. I've used a number of moving company's in my time and this one easily tops them all. I would use them again in a heartbeat (though hopefully this will be our last move for a very long time).

This company should change their name to AMAZING RIPOFF. moved in August from an apartment to a house. Movers could not get some of my furniture thru the bedroom doors. They could not think outside the BOX. Not too bright. They also damaged 4 pieces of my furniture. I spent an additional $100 on insurance to cover up to $10000 worth of furniture. It's the end of October and they still haven't sent someone over to repair the damages. I have called several times and they said it would be taken care of immediately. Immediately must mean not in my lifetime.This is a company that does not live by it's word. Stay away.

Very speedy, courteous, and professional. They were able to adapt to on-the-spot changes in plans, parking, etc. with no hesitations and a pleasant attitude. After days worth of packing, they had completed the entire move in just under three hours. I would definitely recommend them again and use them for future moves.

The move was excellent. They were efficient, fast and professional, and their price was decent. There were a few scratches, but they were nothing that I would worry about. They had coverage over things if there was a problem, and I did purchase that as part of the move price. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They did a superior job of wrapping the furniture and packing it to prevent damage. They arrived promptly and worked very efficiently.

Sam and Brian were very professional and curteous. The bid came in as expected and all furniture was moved without damage to the house.

When I called Amazing Moves, we talked through each room in my apartment to explain the furniture I had and I was able to give them a pretty accurate idea of how many boxes I would have in addition to the furniture. Based on this, I was given a quote from 500-800 or so. They sent 3 guys out the day of the move with a truck. I was well prepared for them and I think this had a big impact on the speed of the move but these guys were incredibly fast. All 3 of the guys they sent were polite, professional, and friendly. They were extremely careful with my stuff and patient with me when I needed to review how things looked in a room before deciding on final placement. In the end, the cost was within the amount quoted (and at the cheaper end of the range they had given me) and everything made it to my new home safe and sound. I've moved many times and have dealt with a lot of movers. These guys were the best I've worked with so far and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Our experience with Amazing Moves was great. They were very efficient and knowledgeable about packing and moving various sized items. They were punctual and acted in a professional manner. The guys really hustled during the move. Yes, they do RUN from the truck back to the house for the next load. Nothing was broken or misplaced during the move. The lead guy, Daniel, checked in with me many times during both days to make sure everything was to my satisifaction. The crew even moved several large items from the basement to the garage for pickup by the Salvation Army donation truck. Considering the downsizing we did Amazing Moves made the whole experience relatively stress-free. And the total bill came in under the estimate! I would highly recommend Amazing Moves and would use them again in the future.

We were very satisfied with them. Their price was a little high, but they were worth it. We had damaged stuff and they got all that fixed. They were extremely efficient. They helped us haul away stuff and were very quick. They knew what they were doing. Everybody was very efficient. They were all very professional and well mannered. Price wise they were not the lowest, but we picked them because they were referred to us and they were available for the time frame that we needed. There was stuff in the basement that needed to be moved outside and they did that. They were big objects and they did not charge extra for that. Other movers would have not touched them.

Everyone arrived on time and worked incredibly hard all day long. We had a heavy weight/exercise machine and they handled it with ease. We moved our metal playset as well and they moved that without issue. No damage to anything. Exceptionally smooth. Honesty, I have never seen a group of guys work harder. If they are not carrying something to the truck they are literally running!

The movers arrived on time, took care to wrap any vulnurable items in blankets, hussled throughout, and generally worked carefully and quickly. They were friendly and professional. There was one mishap when the head board of a bed slid and fell on the bedroom's wood floor in the new house, dinging the floor slightly and bending a bolt. Otherwise, nothing was damaged or mishandled. Considering the size of the move, this was an excellent result. I also appreciated how well the company kept in touch once the move was scheduled, so there was never any doubt that they had booked my request and would be showing up on time. The overall cost was lower than the estimate, but we had prepared well ahead of time, knowing that it would save us money. There were much lower quotes that we got from other inquiries, but the people I dealt with at companies with lower estimates seemed like they ran "fly-by-night" outfits.

Amazing moves were on time, courteous, and very accommodating, and packed our belongings in record time. We have moved many times over the last several years and this move was one of the smoothest. I would definitely recommend their services and would use them again.

They were fabulous. They were very good. They were very careful. Their quality was worth the price. I think they are specialized in piano or at least have a great deal of experience in them and having a certain number of moves, I would trust them in moving the piano safely.

This company more than lived up to its name (Amazing Moves..), they surpassed it! Not only was the crew prompt and reliable, they were professional in every way. The energy level was a sight to see...the guys were constantly moving - even running! - to pick up the next piece of furniture to load onto the truck. Yet they were very careful when handling the furniture, being sure items were wrapped/secured and carried so no bumps or dents happened to the furniture or to walls. We also appreciated the flexibility and service orientation of the crew. In addition to loading our household items onto the moving truck, they loaded selected items into a trailer so we could take them to a donation site rather than move them, and other selected furniture into a U-Haul for us so we could take them to our son and his wife in another state. This was really going above and beyond the typical job, but they did it very graciously and with the same professional manner. On top of all this, the guys were super nice and friendly, and the final cost was lower than the estimate! We feel so lucky that we hired this company and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a move.

The movers were excellent and very motivated. It was a long day, but they got us moved in at reasonable time, despite starting later in the day.

They were on time and professional. They helped with some challenging moving items - getting the refrigerator through the door was an act of heroics! They ran to and from the truck, trying to not waste our time/money. My only concerns were: the truck wasn't quite big enough. I told them how much I had, but I think they underestimated the amount of outdoor furniture. We would have been in trouble if we didn't have a pickup. Also, one of the guys was obviously new and made some mistakes. But the lead mover was very professional and coached him and righted any wrongs. We moved some stuff out of a storage locker recently and I tried to hire them again, but they are closed on Sundays and that's when we needed to move.

The initial contact was courteous and professional. The home visit for the estimate was accurate. I was impressed with the completeness and professionalism. Scheduling was relatively easy and the movers arrived promptly on moving day. They were friendly and introduced themselves. The movers worked efficiently and quickly. They actually ran back to the house after taking a load to the truck. Communication was good throughout the loading and unloading. The movers always asked where we wanted boxes to be placed in the new house and great care was taken to not damage the walls or floors. The price was exactly as estimated. There were a few minor breakages such as the front storm door opener and the waterbed heater. I haven't been reimbursed yet but I'm sure it won't be a problem. I would definitely use Amazing Moves again and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Good job, though there were a few dings left in the wall from forcing items through corners.

they were early at 1st location. saw them there as i pulled in. we met w manager of bldg. guys were given details on rules/regs. followed them very well & rec'vd compliment from bldg mgr which is unusual. packed up fast & met them at 2nd location. they unloaded & put stuff in one room. they wanted to better place furniture & boxes, but all we needed was them dropped in one spot. arranged time was 10am. they moved quickly & finished early. price was ok, but had concern as they charged more for travel time than told over phone. plus they put starting time at 0915. (mapquest shows 20 min drive time) no reason for them to start at 0915. we picked start time to avoid traffic. we called about time difference. someone was supposed to call us back however we never received that call back. up till this point they were AMAZING. not sure what happened but we just dropped as too busy to deal with it. plus, overall they did a good job.

They did an excellent job. They were on time, very quick, extremely affordable, and I would highly recommend them.

They got here about as expected due to rush hour. They had estimated about 6 hours total for the move, but one of the guys became ill while on the job and couldn't finish. As he didnt feel well, they gave him the easier task of taking things apart. Unfortunately, as he felt worse later, he shut down and the two remaining guys had to not only move everything but figure out how to put things back together. It took until 5:30 to get everything done, and they were needing to get out and didn't put my desk back together. I called the next morning to see if they had the parts, willing to do it myself. The owner called back, and not only sent one of the guys back to put the desk together (without the parts, because they didn't get them from the sick guy), but he even went to Lowe's to get parts for it. And they refunded some of my payment as an apology for the problems. Absolutely first class operation. I hope I never have to move for a long time, but if I do, no one else will get my business.

Went very well...well organized and easy to work with.

Called for service with only 72 hrs notice. I had used them before for an office move, they knew that and went out of their way to provide excellent, prompt service at a fair price.

It went great. They said they would arrive between 8 am and 8:30 am. They arrived at 8:05 am. They loaded and moved everything including washers, dryers, a gigantic armoir, upright piano, bedroom set, and about 30 boxes in about three hours. It was worth every penny.
