Description of Work: Jerry came out twice for us, 7/23 and 7/28/12, to repair our 30-yr old sprinkler system. He answered voicemail promptly; was on time for appt; knew exactly where to purchase old parts; performed repairs quickly and efficiently.

Description of Work: The service from this company was great! We hasve had many people come in to fix our irigation system and this was the first time in 14 years it worked.

Description of Work: Used for general sprinkler maintainance. Found a leak deep in the ground at the connection to the main water line going to the house (this was an antiquated sprinkler system). Fixed it and got the job done in a timely and professional manner.

Description of Work: Chris and his team changed our overhead sprinkling system to a drip system in our gardens front and back. He did everything as promised and we are totally happy with the result. He let my husband work along with him for awhile to enable us to make minor adjustments whenever we need. He was prompt,courteous, and left our yard looking good. His bid was 75% below the other guy's and he offers a 5 year warranty. We couldn't have had a better experience.

Description of Work: Nice guy really trying. Didn't really know how to deal with an older home sprinkler system, though he said he did. Was supposed to get back to me with an estimate for other yard work, but never did.

Description of Work: I had a bad experience with another lawn service/irrigation company. I called All Pro-Jerry after searching on Angie's List and he came out as promised, looked at the problem and promptly told me the problem that the other company created. I was not charged for his assessment. He suggested I contact the company and request the required repairs. As I told him, I will be using him in the future........and I will.

Description of Work: Replacement of the manifold along with replacement of the pipe from the house to the sprinkler pipes. I just have to tell you that I had to have a manifold for the 2nd sprinkler box replaced in july, 2010 and it cost me $450.00 - this was one piece of pipe! All-Pro would have only charged $150.00 for that same service but because he found the inferior pipe from the main valve to the system, I wanted everything fixed and his total was $350.00. He explained how the previous sprinkler company could not have been winterizing the system corretly because that is the only way the manifolds could have had the breaks like they did. He did not berrate the othe company but he was absolutely appalled at the price I had paid in July for the manifold replacement in the 2nd box. I've had $600.00 water bills and couldn't find the leaks in the past - the leaks prior to the manifold replacement (that I found) were there for over a year. I have already scheduled All Pro to come back for the winterization and I've already recommended them to others in my neighborhood.

Description of Work: He replaced a gasket, took only 30 minutes and charged me $90!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know the gasket cost only $15.00 at Lowes, and he gets his wholesale. I felt horriby ripped off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Description of Work: He dug out my main box (valves) and dug to my foundation to find the leak. He had to replace my master valve and re-do my backflow. I had asked blue sky, plumbline, my insurance adjuster and none of them had a clue where my leak was. They all thought my basement flooding was from water run off from rain (even though I hadn't had rain for three weeks). I'm sitting with five gallons of water coming into my basement from somewhere and Jerry is the only one who thought of looking at my water meter. Jerry is worth every penny and won't charge you if he can't fix it.

Description of Work: Dog had dug up and chewed up about 20 feet of the drip line that waters my trees and shrubs. Jerry repaired the line and replaced the missing feeder lines.
