James added 2 new HD torsion springs, 2 end bearing plates, and 10 new roller wheels all within an hour. He probably would have finished sooner but he was explaining what he was doing as I was watching him work.

They were late on the arrival time. When they got here they started to work and did a vey good job. They did not have all the parts with them which made the job long than should have taken. The person that took the call did not ask the height of the door, so the rail was to short.

Responded quickly to my request and provided professional quality services. I found out the company had been used by a few of my neighbors as well. Installation of two new garage doors to replace 26 year old doors was recommended. James helped me select a color that matched beautifully so I didn t need to hire anyone to paint it.

James goes above and beyond when it comes customer service. He works diligently, knows his trade, and is a good person. I bought a new garage door from Lowe's and James was the installer. Since on live in Rockport, the door had to meet Windstorm requirements. The problem was that the opener I bought wouldn't work with the door. James made two extra trips at no extra cost to me and solved the problem because of his knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend James and Legacy!

Previous contractor said my garage door opener could not be fixed. Cost was $3000 to replace opener with new door. James was able to fix the issue and helped me avoid the unexpected replacement. Much appreciated.

My overhead garage door would not go up when I tried to go to work, so my car was stuck in the garage. James phoned me immediately while I was reporting my project to HomeAdvisor and scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. He arrived on time, quickly inspected the damage and gave me a quote with two options. He started right away and had all of the necessary materials in his truck. He noticed and pointed out some maintenance items, which he included in his repair for the quoted price. He explained everything he did and answered all of my questions professionally. He finished quickly and had a friendly and courteous attitude. Now my 24-year-old garage door works great!
