Very professional and on time.

They got things done in a timely manner, but I was not completely happy with the work. Clean up could have been much better and I didn't appreciate having the watered down cement dumped in my yard and the step to my house was messy.

There were some issues with the "Hot" mud but K&K stood tall and made it rite. I would use them again.

A terrific experience from beginning to end. They were prompt, professional and very reasonably priced.

From the office (Dena) to the leadership on-site (Kris) and the entire team (including Larry and JR), all expectations were met with quality and timeliness. I'll recommend them to a friend without worrying about any negative consequences.

Professional, Polite, Performed

We learned it is necessary to be very clear about expectations up front. But during installation, K&K were flexible for last minute changes and eager to make us satisfied.

K&K did a great job. They were there when they scheduled, worked very efficiently, and we were able to walk on our new patio the next day. It looks really good! The one problem was that they never came back to pull up the forms to lay the concrete into. We had to do that. They were supposed to come back the next day, but never showed up. All in all I would recommend them. Just make sure they come back the next day to clean up the scraps!

K & K Construction did a great job, we replace our driveway and sidewalk with a three car driveway and sidewalk. They had to deal with a lot of tree roots where we extended the driveway. They even put down the pipe, which we provided, for the sprinkler system before pouring the new concrete at no extra charge. I was very pleased with them, they were very professional, showed up on time and completed the job in one day. I already referred them to some of my neighbors. Thank you K & K Contruction.

They have replace my driveway and garage floor. It's too early to judge the quality of work, but it's looks good so far. The work was done as expected, on time, without any surprises or hiccups. They delivered a proof of insurance, and amended the contract with additional term that I requested. Their price is probably 10% higher than other contractors, but I give them 5 out of 5 for the value, because the professionalism that they demonstrated costs at least 10% more compare to the other contractors who could not provide references or ignored my questions about their insurance.

From start to finish it was an almost perfect job. From the final quote to completion they delivered what they promised. There were two very minor glitches having to do wirh a garden pipe that ahould have been buried in the concrete but wasn't. Also a standing wind feature was to be set in the concrete but wasnt. Rating this company on a ten point scale, they are a 9.7. I would happily use them again.

The work was done quickly and very, very well. The only hiccup was that we had requested the sidewalk be rounded and instead it was a right angle. Request was not included on paperwork. But it still looked terrific and I am very pleased with the results and the professionalism of the K&K team.

They finished the job in one day and did a good job. Cleanup could have been a little better.

From the first phone contact to the last sweep of the concrete broom, the folks at K&K provided excellent customer service. The work was completed on time, for a fair price, and the quality was outstanding. I would definitely recommend K&K to my friends and family.
