All the personnel were very professional and very organized. The existing drive and sidewalks were demolished, forms set, and new concrete finished in 1-1/2 days. We were very impressed with their work ethics and the job that was completed. We have NO complaints. We love our new driveway, parking area, and sidewalks.

They installed a 3 garage driveway, two sidewalks and 2 steps. There was a crack in each of the sidewalks within a couple of days. Water pools on one of the steps (which they said they would remove and re-pour). The driveway is rough with very visible patterns where they broomed too early. Our sprinkler wasn't working and when my husband dug up the grass he saw that they had driven a stake through the T fitting and just cut the top of the stake off. They say they will fix it sometime this week but the week is almost over so we aren't holding our breath. They say they will reassess the work on May 4. Overall we are very displeased with their work.

I hired K&K for two projects: 1. Garage floor, driveway, front walk and porch. July 2014. 2. Back patio slab and steps. August 2014. 1. Things looked good initially but we quickly found the front steps were sloped incorrectly so water puddled at the back of the steps which would create an ice hazard in the winter. K&K agreed to patch the steps to make them level, promising the patch would be invisible. It is most definitely not invisible, contrasts with the concrete around it, and looks very bad. Next, the garage floor began cracking less than a month after being poured. Not one or two hairline cracks, but multiple cracks across the entire garage, on the pads as well as in the control joints. At this point, every pad has multiple cracks which are starting to flake and chip out. Contacted K&K via email and have had no response other than to ask if they were control joint cracks. 2. When pouring the back patio slab and steps a K&K worker instructed the cement truck to pull up into the driveway poured the month before, cracking the bottom pad of the driveway. I pointed this out to K&K who said they wouldn't do anything unless the crack expanded beyond a hairline crack. Patio slab and step pour again looked good initially but we found quickly that portions of the slab were sloped incorrectly causing water to drain and pool toward the home instead of away from it. The slab, like the garage floor, started cracking almost immediately. It was difficult to write this review because I feel K&K was reasonably priced, kept to the schedule they promised, and did a good job of listening to what I wanted. At the same time, their attention to detail seems to be seriously lacking, and they seem to have little interest in standing behind their work once they are done. I wanted concrete that would last but it is already appearing their work will have to be redone and it is only a few months old. K&K indicated they had not been notified of the problems prior to seeing my review. This is incorrect. I have copies of emails notifying them of the problems, and their response asking where the cracks were located, less than 30 days from completion of work. I did not assume the step patch mentioned would be invisible. It was K&K that told me the patch would blend and not be noticeable. In addition to the garage floor and lower section of driveway, which have continued to crack, I�ve found the front step is now cracking through the middle as well. The driveway, which was not level with the sidewalk when poured, has heaved more and separated from the sidewalk by about an inch creating a trip hazard. Now that rainy season has arrived, the patio being incorrectly sloped toward the house is more serious than we realized over the winter, causing water to pool against the house and seep under the foundation. In general they did a pretty good job but there were some rough areas in the finish and low spot where water sits until it evaporates. They also damaged existing concrete where they backed the concrete truck in. They said they would fix that but had to wait for warm weather next year.

The project started out great, the owners were very efficient. They completed a pretty large job in 1 day. The trouble starts when the supervisor is not on site and the workers don't know what they are doing. If I hadn't been watching, they would have forgotten rebar in the foundation, they forgot to remove a French drain I asked for multiple times. It took weeks to get a broken sprinkler repaired. They won't respond to my emails about a crack. It took weeks to repair a problem with the stamped concrete. But the biggest issue for me, is that they won't respond for the crack.

They were great when giving the bid and giving us ideas we hadn't thought of. They were very fast and efficient and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

They installed a service pipe under the driveway without asking or charging me. That was very helpful.

Very responsive and price competitive. Overall they did a great job. I recommend being present during the installation because there were a few design elements that we discussed that would have been overlooked if I was not there.

K & K was prompt to provide a quote. They arrived on time, acted professionally, dealt with a bothersome neighbor, and did a great job on my new driveway. They even made a mistake and put a more expensive product in my driveway because of an internal mistake and just told me it was an early Christmas present! I have nothing but positive comments about K & K. Kris, Dena and all the guys we are pleasure to work with!

My dealings with K&K were very positive. They were courtesy, professional, and finished my driveway and sidewalk in one day, despite it originally being estimated to be a two day job. The quality of workmanship was excellent and I have received many compliments on my driveway.

Very proffesional, friendly, getting strangers taking pictures of our driveway and porch it looks so nice. Great people to work with,nice work and little extras on job made this really worth the money.

The owner was very innovative in solving a couple technical issues that came up. Very helpful. I have a couple minor issues with their cleanup - sod, tools left behind. But a very good experience overall.

We had a heated driveway installed. That isn't a project that's often done, and it was difficult finding a contractor with experience in this area, but K&K worked with us and our electrical contractor to ensure everything was done properly. They kept us very well informed of what was happening and how long it would take.
