The staff helping me select the tires and the type of tire performance I was looking for was very helpful and knowledgeable. Gave me honest answers and didn't try to steer me towards expensive tires that I didn't need - I am very happy with the tires I selected. At my request, they also checked my brakes and told me only the fronts needed to be replaced (rotors re-machined) and the rear ones could wait. I really appreciate that honest assessment (instead of a blanket - "get all brakes replaced"). As usual, wheel alignments were performed and they provided the report from that. I took advantage of their shuttle service (I live about 15 minutes away) - the driver was prompt in dropping me off and picking me up. They took the time when I was picking up the vehicle to go over the warranty, emergency service, free tire rotations, and tire repair information - all very useful information (and I didn't realize we got all of those benefits). I highly recommend the North Gate shop, those folks are great!

They're usually pretty cooperative or competitive. They usually match if I find something cheaper, they'll usually match it. They're usually pretty busy, but that's a sign that they're a pretty good place if they have a lot of good customers. I've been using them since 1999.

Just had new tires put on my car and the Costco that put them on don't do front-end alignments. I asked the service tech who he recommended and he gave me a couple of options, one of which was Tire World. I called them up Thursday evening and asked what time we could get the car in for the work to be done. I explained to them that my wife was traveling on Friday and needed to be on the road as soon as possible. They said to bring the car in as soon as they opened and they would have all the work completed in an hour to an hour and a half, due to a couple of cars that needed to be done from the day before. My wife took the car in around 7:30 and the tech had asked her if she needed a ride home on their shuttle or if she was going to wait. They were very accommodating. The work was done as promised and we were able to use a coupon that they had provided to bring the cost down by $20.00, helping us a great deal. my wife said that her experience was very good and that she would recommend them.

They are a little overpriced but we trust them. They have provided a lot of auto service for us. They are professional and we really really trust them. They communicate to us what we need to fix or this will happen and what not. There's a lot of places that will overcharge you but this company does not do that. They are spot on. Both my husband and I really like them.

Recent work was a brake job, oil change, filter replacements, tune-up for a 1999 Toyota Sienna. Because they had done the brake work before many years ago and I had bought life time gurantee brake system from them (and I had forgot I had done that), the cost to do the work was much less than I had expected. As always, the work was done with quality.

I went in and described my problem - my car was shuddering when I braked, especially from high speeds. They looked at the car quickly, informed me promptly of the problem and solution, and had a repaired car to me that afternoon. I've used them for years, and find that though they may be a touch higher than other places, I receive a high quality of service that merits that price.

Tire World is an excellent local business. Their downtown location has a road force balancing system, which is ideal for vehicles with wheels that are hard to balance.

It's pretty hard to find mechanics who are honest and straightforward. In my experience, this company is honest. They have the interest of the customer at heart when they give advice on what does and doesn't need to be repaired. They have done good work. They get things done in a timely manner.

They tend to be on the expensive side, but anything that they fix never breaks down. They are also very good when you are thinking of buying a new car if you want to know if it is a good investment, they will look at it and see if there is anything wrong at all. The prices are high, but the quality of work you receive is well worth the cost. They are extremely responsive, and you can drop your car off on a Friday night and they will have it ready on Saturday.
