Miscommunication within Ryan's caused delivery person to show up with only one of two pieces I ordered. Delivery person was very apologetic and brought out the second piece within a couple of hours. One of the pieces showed corner damage but it was minor and I decided not to fuss about it because I could flip the piece and put in in an inconspicuous location, but it still left a lower quality impression of Ryan's work. Also, as hard as the guys tried to remove their fingerprints and smudges from the glass, there remained considerable marks, which will require me to lift the glass and remove them myself. Not ideal because one of the pieces is quite large and heavy. Certainly too much for one person to handle without breaking the glass.

Could not have gone better.  They were responsive, showed up on time, professional, did great work and worked closely with the tenant to avoid interrupting their business.

Everything went as they explained it. Very professional and great price compared to other windshield replacement companies. Services were performed in their Tri County location.

Technicians were prompt courteous and professional. Left no mess and even fixed a sliding patio door that they noticed was hard to move. I used this company's service in 2002 at a previous home and received the same excellent service.

I drove there and asked them about my cracked windshield.  They got my credit card # and set up an appointment for the following week.  They told me the repairman would call me early in the morning to advise me of his arrival time and quoted me $75 for the repair.  The office employees were very nice and thoroughly explained everything,
No one called, but he did show up and fixed the crack in about 10 minutes.  He was great.  He wrote the invoice for over $100 and I told him what I'd been quoted.  He called the office and said they'd mistakenly not told me there would be a $50 charge to come to my house to fix the crack, but he waived that fee and my credit card was charged.

Went well.  No complaints.

I called Ryan's and told them what I needed and he quoted a price depending on whether I had a heater for my wipers and made an appointment for a couple of days. I don't believe they could give me a time but the tech was there early. He checked the windshield and made sure the estimate was correct. I gave hm my keys and he replaced the windshield quickly. Very easy quick and convenient.

Very professional from the beginning. I called the day before and they gave me the quote, told me how long it would take, and mentioned the disclaimer regarding chipped window repairs (if it continues to crack or gets bigger after the repair, they can't do anything about it, however what was spent on the chip repair would go toward a new windshield if desired/needed).
Next day I arrived on time and they took my car in right away. They had mentioned on the phone it would take about half an hour, and that's exactly how long it took. It seemed to be very busy there, but they were still attentive and courteous, and had everything done quickly. Not one but two receptionists checked to ensure I had been taken care of. The waiting room was between the front door and the back garage, and seemed to be the main path the employees took back and forth. I thought this was a bit hectic at first, but at the same time, it allowed me to see a good working relationship between everyone working there. It was just a cheery place, for what it's worth. Having seen miserable employees all but yell at one another while they fixed my car, this was a welcome sight.
The price was as quoted. The man who fixed my windshield showed me the repair he had made, and explained the process when I asked (resin is injected, which is dried and hardened with UV light). First of all, I was astounded by the results. They had mentioned that a blemish would always be present, but I literally had to get close to the windshield and look hard to find where ithad been. The end result looks like a tiny speck of dirt. Second, he went out of his way to fix two other minor chips that had not spread out yet at no extra charge. He was probably supposed to tell the front desk and have them offer me the additional repair for a little more money, but he just fixed it anyway, which has won my business for any future glass needs.

Came on time; pulled the van to the driveway and removed the windshield quickly. Installed the new windshield and cleaned up debris inside the van and any remaining mess on the drive.

They fixed my car on a Saturday and they did a great job on my window in just a few hours. They actually worked around my clutter and apologized for not doing more which was very kind of them to do.  I was also pleased that their phone estimate matched what they were charging me. It's a week later and I still have not had any issues with the fix that they did. The aesthetics of the location is a nice touch too.

When a small rock hit my windshield, causing a dent in the glass and cracks fanning out from the point of impact, I called my insurance agent, who recommended Ryan's.  When I called, the woman who received my call took charge, got my policy number and the 800 number for my insurance company.  We did a 3-way call to get approval for the replacement, then she stayed on the phone with me (after the insurance company had hung up) and arranged the date and time.  The service man called ahead to tell me he was on the way, and to please move the car out of the garage so that he could get started as soon as he arrives.  He was right on time.  Everything went smoothly and I was very satisfied.  I was impressed by the obvious experience of these people.  The woman on the phone marched us right through the procedure for getting insurance company approval and the service man clearly knew what he was doing.  I love my car and I'm pretty particular about what happens to it, so I was pretty dismayed when it sustained damage.  My car is my "baby" and these people took good care of my "baby."  High praise from me.

Someone that couldn't do my work suggested them. They did a super job in a short period of time. I was really pleased. The price was right and they did a really nice job. I didn't shop around for pricing. They were just great.

I had them cut some mirrors at the same time. They were punctual and quick. They seemed to know what they were doing. The quality of their work was great. I would use their services in the future too.

Fine. They measured the window and ordered the glass. They came when scheduled and quickly removed the old glass, replaced and resealed the new glass and re-installed the window.
