Robert Blankenship was extremely professional and friendly. He did the work, was friendly and enjoyable to have in our home, and did the work faster than the call desk had estimated, saving us money over what we had anticipated. We would definitely call Swartz again, and we would want Robert to do the work.

Greg from Swartz Electric came to give us an estimate on having some LED can lights installed into the ceiling of our family room. He arrived right on time. Although I had sketched out a plan of what I wanted, he suggested some alterations to the design that made sense. He also suggested that instead of cans, we use a newer LED product that is only about as thick as the wallboard on the ceiling. The advantage of this product is that it can be installed anywhere - no need to worry about where the beams in the ceiling are. The estimate was reasonable, so we contracted to do the work. We were able to get on the schedule within about 2 weeks. On the day of the scheduled work, Heath arrived right on time. He was very professional, and recommended some further changes to the design that made sense and minimized the number of holes that needed to be cut in the ceiling to run wires (only 2 small holes, which he was able to fill with the circles he drilled out). Because of his recommendations, we will save a bundle on drywall repair and painting (we will do it ourselves, since the work required is minimal). Heath was also able to give us some good advice on another part of our family room remodeling project. We would definitely hire him again. We are also very pleased with the product that Greg Swartz recommended. It puts out a nice, diffuse light, and really brightens up the room. I think the odds are good we will install this product in other rooms in the future.

The work went quite well. I have used 2 electric service companies in Colorado Springs, and Swartz, a company I've had take care of electrical needs twice in the past year, is by far the BEST. Very honest appraisal, including the pros, cons, pricing and ramifications of my requests. I went forward with some of what I originally wanted done and decided to pursue other (non-electrical) solutions for the rest. Installation work was very neat.

Wonderful, Phil was so helpful. The problem was resolved quickly, but since they charge by the hour, he asked me what else needed attention and ended up replacing a faulty light switch for no extra charge. I was duly impressed, since it would have been very easy, and more convenient, for him to wrap up early and take a break.

This is the third time over the past six years that I have used Swartz Electric to do electrical work in my home. This time I had Mr. Joseph Monti as the electrician. As with the previous two experiences with this company, Mr. Monti was on time, highly skilled and experienced with the issues that I needed addressed. Specifically, I needed two ceiling fans removed and replaced with new light fixtures in the home that I just purchased. Additionally I was experiencing problems with two wall outlets which he addressed, two additional light fixtures, and the motor on my motorized awning. The amount that he charged me was fair, he cleaned up all of the packing materials, and disassembled the two ceiling fans so that they could be easily transported. All of my needs were addressed. There is no question that I will keep this company in my contact address book for any future electrical needs.

The service went great from my first call to Swartz through the end of the installation. Electrician Joe was on time and his appearance and demeanor is someone you are comfortable having in your home. He knows his trade and the job was done properly. The cost of the job may appear expensive on this review, but Joe had extra work to do. I have no issue at all with the cost. The price is very fair for the amount of work done. The old ceiling fan was not installed correctly. The old fan was existing when I purchased the home. The previously homeowner (or installer) merely removed a light fixture from the ceiling and installed the fan. I'm only a homeowner, and I know that's a big no-no. A ceiling fan is too heavy to simply install in a lighting box. Joe had a ceiling fan box on his truck and installed the new fan properly. The new bathroom exhaust fans that I purchased were unintentionally larger and purposely quieter than the existing fans. Joe had to do extra work to get the new exhaust fans installed. I will certainly continue to use Swartz Electric for all my electrical needs. Thank you very much Joe for a job well done.

Our entire experience with Swartz Electric was phenomenal. Greg Swartz came out to consult with me about the upgrades we were hoping to install. He was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful without being pushy. He listened to our needs / expectations and proposed reasonable solutions. The office staff were helpful and courteous with scheduling the service and meeting all my needs. And, finally, Heath was an exceptional electrician . . . He made sure that I understood exactly what work I was having done (where the recessed cans and switches were going) and he trouble-shooted our "older" wiring without getting me frustrated. Rather than doing a quick fix, he came back on another day to make sure that everything done right. I was very impressed with the quality of service from Greg to Heath to the office staff. I am very happy with the work and highly recommend Swartz Electric!

It went FANTASTIC. I have used Swartz Electric before. I have had nightmares or less than quality service from a few other electrical companies in town. Swartz first came to my house about 4 years ago when I installed a hot tub. He came highly recommended by Hanson Hot Tubs in Colorado Springs. Swartz Electrical put an electrical box on the outside of the house, ran all of the pipes and wiring required to get our hot tub up and running. This week, I had them out to check a breaker box that kept turning off. The gentleman that responded was professional, kind, and genuinely caring about our electrical issue. He quickly and efficiently trouble shot everything, and gave me an estimate. I said "go for it" and he got to work. He made a list of needed supplies, did a quick shopping run and was back in no-time. He repaired the necessary electrical wires/pipes and cleaned up after himself. He left the area better than when he arrived! Because the electrical issue wasn't a necessary emergency, I was scheduled for the next available appointment... which was about a week and a half out. Because I knew the owner and employees provide the highest quality of, well... everything, I was happy to wait. Yes, really. The wait was reasonable for the non-emergency issue. They also put me on a "call list" in-case there were cancellations. My luck - there was a cancellation and they came out several days early. Yeah! During our initial install to upgrade our electrical for the new hot tub (about four years ago), the workers that would have normally been scheduled to perform the install were unexpectedly unavailable due to family issues and a medical emergency. The owner didn't hesitate. He called to let me know what was going on, and completed the work on time himself. You can't say that about many of the companies in town. Because of this, I will Swartz Electric will ALWAYS be my first call. These guys do it right the first time, for competitive prices. Make These guys your first call too! You won't be sorry.

Both the estimate appointment and the project completion went very well. Both people were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional and listened carefully to my concerns. Since I did not know exactly what I needed, I described my desired end state and they recommended the most effective and least expensive solutions to the problems/concerns. The estimate was right on target with the actual cost. Since I understood the cost of electrical work, I felt that the company's fees were as expected - however, I believe they provided superior service. It was a very positive experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

Each member of the Swartz team that we worked with were highly professional, friendly, and accommodating. They did the work in a timely manner, answered all of our questions, and even worked with me on scheduling (I had to change our appointment twice). I highly recommend Swartz - they rocked.

I reached Robert on Saturday morning regarding a tripped GFI circuit that rendered my garage door opener and freezer nonfunctional. He arrived by the promised time of 1:30 that afternoon and did an excellent job tracking down the tripped circuit. It was not as easy as just replacing the outlet, however, and he proceeded to track down the culprit to a damaged line running out of the garage, under the driveway and bringing power to a lighted post beside my driveway where my landscaper had recently been digging. He got everything essential working again, and we postponed the rest until regular rates applied (instead of weekend rates). I couldn't be happier with the work and the pleasantness of the electrician who did it. I will definitely have the work completed by Swartz Electric also.

Robert worked steadily in a light rain all day without complaint...in fact he said he actually enjoyed it! It was an long, tedious job...up and down ladders, into and out of the attic, from one side of the house to the other. He explained everything, tested and adjusted the lights (and readjusted to my satisfaction) and even cleaned up after himself! I'm glad there are still competent, courteous and very helpful "worker bees" to be found out there!

Pulled a permit 5. Had to drill through our masonry chimney and ensured a clean drill (no chunks of concrete missing as a result). 6. The conduit that they ran on the exterior of my home was strait, neat & secured. 7. Cleaned up work site. 8. Permit finalized through Pikes Peak Regional Building Dept the next day. 9. Priced very competitively. As a home inspector myself I see a lot of electrical work done on single family residences, & I would trust NO ONE other than Swartz electric to work on my home. Are they the "cheapest", NO, but are they "THE BEST", well in my opinion, YES!

It was beyond excellent. They are one of the best electricians I have ever worked with. They are fabulous. They did more work for less money than we were quoted from other companies and they are very well priced. We have been customers with them for over 5 years now.

It was great and I have used them a number of times and they are awesome. Robert is wonderful and always explains everything fully. I have no plans to ever use anyone else. They are very reasonably priced for the quality of their work. We have been customers with them for about 3 and half years now.
