They are the best in Colorado Springs. They are a little pricey but they're worth it. They are really good to my dog. Everything from the vets are the best. They are so good to the puppies and to the older dogs. They will get right in their face, down on their knees and talk to the dogs, acknowledge their presence. They really make them believe that it's okay to be at their vet clinic to where they're not scared. I had a mastiff who lived 8 years. He went there for 6 and they treated him so good. Just good, good people. The doctors are great. The people at the front desk are great. Anyone they hire are really good, friendly, caring people. Everybody is always there to answer your questions. When my dog died, they allowed me to bring him there. They took him to the crematory, then brought the ashes back in urn so I could have them.

The entire experience was extremely positive. All personal listened carefully, asked cogent questions, and obviously truly loved working with the animals they care for. At no point did I feel uncomfortable, hurried, harassed, or anything but well cared for at this facility. This was my first encounter with this group, and I look forward to taking my furry friend back. We have a newfoundland, a rather large breed, which always seemed like a hassle to other vets, but the staff just adored her, and took excellent care of her. Cannot recommend enough!

Both the doctors at St Francis are wonderful and they provide amazing care to our pets. Their staff is friendly and professional. Whenever we need to get a sick pet into their office, they take care of us right away.
Dr. Mozinski was wonderful helping us with our dog during the last couple of years of her life and all the issues our family had to deal with. Dr. Kaufer was there to help us when we had to say goodbye and euthanize our dog. Our cat and her IBD is always a challenge, but Dr Mozinski is there helping us keep it under control.
We just adopted a dog from the Humane Society and of course we wanted Dr Mozinski to give him his first check up!

I took my dog there maybe 5 times. I stopped because though one of the vets appears caring, the other vet will just tell you.."we need to do this exam and this test, and this test and this test" though I think they are knowledgeable, I think they are it in for the money. I will not go back to them.

Adopted a year old cat from the Humane Society who became seriously ill. I took her to this vet who said she had feline upper respiratory illness and needed subcutaneous fluids and round the clock care. Basically a syringe of fluids would need to be injected under the skin several times a day plus they would monitor her. They wanted her admitted for observation. I said I didn't work and if they showed me how to do the injections I was comfortable with that, and I could watch her all day and call them if necessary. (I lived right down the street and don t have buckets of money sitting around the house available for cat care.) I also have a good amount of experience with medical care. They got all snotty and grudgingly showed me how to do the injections and then charged me a 30 dollar fee for it. They then also charged for all the supplies, which I expected, just not an education fee. It was like if we can t make money off you for boarding your cat, then we ll make money for education. It seemed to be all about the money, not about caring for my cat or caring about me as a customer. I will never go back. Plus the office is not user friendly, they have you wait in an uncomfortable cramped waiting room.
