The technician described the service to be performed and how long it would take and everything worked exactly as stated for the price he quoted.

It went fine. They had reasonable prices; they were comparable.

They did a great job of identifying and fixing problems with the system. They were very helpful explaining things.

He explained what would need to be done, and what he could do. He was going to be able to replace things and not completely replace the system. The information he gave us was very helpful about what the whole process may entail. Unfortuantely, it was more than we could afford at the time but we appreciated the information and the cost that would be involved.

My experience with the service has been great. They did a prompt service and they're interesting people. They're friendly and professional. The pricing was perfect -- I have a small lawn and the gentleman actually adjusted it according to the size of my lawn. He also arrived within 20 minutes when I called them.

I can not say enough about this company.....they actually took my call, didn't have to leave a message....they called before they came; they arrived on time................did all the work amazingly well, even hand dug trenches to protect aspen trees; did a final check and then emailed me to see if everything was satisfactory. Have NEVER had service like this from sprinkler company.....Will use only them for all future needs.

It was good. They were just busy so it was difficult for me to finally get some schedule with them, but once we had scheduled, they were great. They were much cheaper than everybody else.

They arrived promptly at the scheduled time, worked efficiently and made sure everything was working properly. During the winterizing visit we couldn't be at the house but since everything is accessible externally, they were still willing to do the work, calling us from the house when the work was completed. We're now on their seasonal program.

They were very responsive and I had an appointment within 24 hours of calling. I appreciate that he not only repaired what was broken but advised us on how to prevent the same damage in the future.

When I called to schedule the appointment, somebody actually answered the phone. How many times do you call somebody to do sprinkler work and leave a message which is never returned or get "mailbox full" and have to move on to the next possibility. Just being able to call and get someone to talk to is a rare thing in this type of business, in my experience. I was given a date and time range when the technician would show up and he was actually early. He was very polite and professional. I walked him through my system and what I needed to do, and he got everything done in less than an hour. I am very impressed with this company and will definitely use them in the future. One other note - I saw a review complaining about a $49 dispatch fee that is charged. In my opinion, getting a firm commitment that someone will actually show up when they say they will is worth that $49 and more. I can't remember how many times I have called 3, 4 or 5 places before I can get anyone to show up. Also, they provide a fixed repair/installation rate on their services, which is also unique for sprinkler service companies. Its the classic you get what you pay for, and with this experience I certainly got more than what I expected.

He worked within the time frame and we didn't get over his charges. He was very upfront about what we needed, what we didn't actually need and what our best value would be.

I was impressed when they came out but the guy told us that we needed t replace all our valves ad we originally thought we would only have to replace about 5 of them. They told e that they were $49 to come out and look and give you an estimate. They kind of got us tucked in because we were so late into the season already that we had to do something about our sprinkler system. I will say they did good work, I'm happy with the job he did on my valves but they probably costed me more than the other companies. One thing that I wasn't happy about was he basically explained how you will get a discount if you join their membership so they'll come back and blow out your sprinkler system in the fall. Another issue was that we had sprinkler head that had problems so they needed to be replaced or adjusted. H didn't replace any of those. He started to charge us for other things. One of our zones didn't work because there was a tree there and I said, "Well i'm not going to pay you $1300 if you don't have this system completely working." We had arguments and he compromised and did that part but I'm not sure if I'd give him an 'A'. The work that they did was good but there's a lot of things that they tried to force on me.

Initially Wade was scheduled, however, due to weather delays, he called at 6:15 PM, which was 15min after he was supposed to be there, which is understandable. On the second appt, Jon called and asked he if could arrive earlier than scheduled, which as most people know is not the norm. Jon walked me through the start up process, showed me a leaky pressure release valve that need to be replaced. He insured that all zones were operating and helped me program my system. We look forward to establishing a relationship with this company for all our summer start ups and winter shut downs.

Called to get an estimate and was told for $49, a technician could come out and give me a price. I will be using a company that can provide free estimates.
