Darrell was so helpful! He showed us where the problems were in our house and gave us great ideas on how to fix it. We have an older home and our electric bill is expensive. After the audit I can see why. We have a game plan now of where to start. Some of the things we need to fix are simple and inexpensive but will make a great impact. He also told us about rebates both with Excel and the federal government that will make this easier. I highly recommend doing this audit. You get a rebate through Excel for half of the cost

He provided me with another thermal device so I can see what he was seeing/explaining going through each room in the house. A professional report was provided to me in a timely manner.

Darrell was very professional, knowledgeable, and detailed in his inspection report. He arrived to the house on-time and explained the process (I’m a first time homeowner). As he conducted the inspection he advised of his findings as he worked. I received my report that same evening, complete with pictures, videos, and comments. He was very thorough and provided thoughtful recommendations for problem areas. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional inspector!

They did pretty good work and quickly, including an appointment for the next day after contact. Darrell was good to work with, answering my questions, giving me his opinion on things, and otherwise made it easy on me to get the inspection done.

Daryl was very friendly and answered all my questions in a polite manner. I do wish I would have known to have some sections of the skirting to my trailer removed so he could check underneath for leaks/water damage. I would suggest letting the customer know beforehand what to be prepared for.
