I have had Muffler put on a Bronco - Excellent work.
Also strange issues with Bronco engine from previous owners customization they made the engine function.
I had them do the Brakes on my Bronco all the way , great job no issues.
Very professional - f they see something is not right with vehicle they will let you know .

My car was beginning to show its age (7 years) when I brought it in for a routine inspection and service. I chose this particular Midas because it was approved by AAA and had an A rating with the BBB. Many of those little parts that wear out with time had to be replaced, and I got an oil change, transmission system flush, radiator flush, cooling system flush, and so forth. The bill came up to almost $2,000 (with my AAA discount). I figured my car was worth 5-6K at the time, and should continue to run well for at least a few more years, so I was OK paying that much to keep it in good condition. Twenty seven days later, I was driving to Denver on I-25 when smoke started coming out of my trunk and the car stalled out. Fortunately I was able to get off the highway before it completely stopped. I had it towed to the nearest repair shop and was told that the oil tank was dry, there was no coolant, and the engine was burned out. When I contacted Midas, I was told that "Chryslers have bad engines". It wasn't until ANOTHER mechanic determined that the source of the problem was an oil pressure sender that they had replaced that they agreed to do anything to help me. Even then, they insisted that it was actually the PART that was defective, and so they could do nothing at all to help me unless the manufacturer of the part decided to pay for a new engine. They kept my car for over a month before they finally agreed to put in a replacement engine. Interestingly, they made that decision the day after I filed a complaint with my credit card company. The thing that really bothers me about this whole experience is not that the shop messed up in the first place. After all, everyone makes mistakes. It is the way they behaved through the entire process. The managers refused to take any responsibility for what they had done to my car. They kept promising they would "help me out" but then did nothing at all, because it wasn't really their fault that they had put a defective part in my car. Instead they kept me waiting for weeks while they waited for the manufacturer of the part to agree to pay for the replacement engine. It took them over a week to realize that I didn't have a car, and when they did finally offer me a loaner, they gave me a car that with a dirty interior and such bad tires that it couldn't stop on ice (not fun when you are spending Christmas in the mountains). Three months later, I had to take my car in to a (different) mechanic because fuel was flooding the injector system, and because my catalytic converters are failing. The mechanic won't say for sure if this is related to poor workmanship when the new engine was placed, but does think it may be possible. Interestingly, as I have told this story to many of my family and friends, I have found two other people whose engines were destroyed after they took their cars to Midas. We are going to form a club.

Overall, the experience was very good. The mechanics explained everything clearly and invited us into the shop to see exactly what the issues were. They also assisted us with finding the best deals on parts. The price was reasonable. Everything is running smoothly. I'm happy with their services and I would recommend them to others.

Because I had a complete brake job done by Midas in Illinois before moving to Colorado Springs in January of 2009 and because I noticed that the rear pads were dragging shortly after moving here, I took the car to the nearest Midas, which was this dealership, to find out what was going on. They diagnosed the problem as sticky calipers and recommended that they be replaced. I gave them the OK to do so. The job was done immediately and was a quality job. The brakes have worked fine since.

This is my 5th or 6th experience with this particular Midas shop. I like the fact that they honor their commitments and are very scrupulous about not selling uneeded services. I thought I needed brake work but the guys at Midas assured me that my brakes were just fine. Good people to work with.
