Matt called ahead to say they were on the way. Arrived right on time. Got right to work moving the remaining items I had left in my home while it was on the market. Unloaded promptly at the new address. Matt and his workers are very dependable and I will continue to recommend this company to my friends.

Arrived right on time and set to work loading all the remaining items left in my Studio while it was in the process of selling. Many buckets of glaze materials that had to be kept in alphabetical order so they could be stacked in order at the new location. Not afraid to take suggestions from the customer when moving items with which they are not familiar. I am very pleased with this company and their work ethic.

Matt and his guys never let me down and they nailed it again! Always in contact, on time, professional, personal service! Matt comes with to debrief everyone and is always available. Everything was awesome..... now onto our POD delivery! Come on over guys!

Everything was perfect. Matt and his three movers were professional, personable, hard working, and very knowledgeable in how to pack a truck for maximum haulage. On time. Fair price. I expected a supervisor and a couple day workers. I got a full team of professionals. Highly recommend.

Last year I used Matt and his crew to move across town. When I bought a piano, I called 3 places to get quotes for moving it into my house and only Matt responded in a timely manner. He and his crew are very professional and punctual. He had to coordinate my schedule and the seller's schedule as well as his own and had no problems with it.

He did an incredible job moving us. His prices are great and services are professional and he arrives on time. Not one thing was broken or damaged. I moved 15,000 pounds of furniture. This was a 2 day moving project. He did follow-up work once we got moved to have people assist with getting our furniture set up correctly.

They were actually a little late; however, Matt at the office kept me informed ahead of time. When they arrived I showed the 2 guys, Cory(?) and Chris, around the house indicating everything I wanted moved. They then promptly got to work. I was happily impressed with the care they took with everything. If there was something which could slide out, off, around, up, down, whatever, they made sure to wrap the furniture in plastic wrap. They did this to two chest of drawers, a couch, a computer desk, a book case, and a credenza filing cabinet. They were careful with all the boxes and made sure everything was packed carefully. They had all the blankets and straps they needed to pad and secure the load so that nothing shifted during the 40 minute drive to the new place. When we got there I showed them where I needed the various furniture and boxes to go. They even move an old table out to the garage to make way for another, nicer one. All in all it took three hours and I didn't feel like they took a minute longer than necessary. I would hire these guys again.

We had moved most of the boxes ourselves. So we used them to help move our furniture. They were very timely. They were careful and courteous. They were efficient and fast. They were so fast that they had the moving done in less than half the time we had originally contracted them for. So we ended up finding some extra things for them to move because we felt they had more than earned the full amount of the time we originally agreed on. We were done within a matter of a couple of hours and we had planned to use them for half of a day! On top of moving our furniture so quickly, they even hauled away an old sofa for us. I would highly recommend them!

We hired another mover and when I contacted them to verify the date, I was told they didn't even have me on their schedule! When I contacted Matt, he said they had an opening on Thurs and would be there by 9 AM and scheduled the entire day. He had 3 guys show up with a truck. Ready, willing and able to move everything we asked them to. They covered things in plastic wrap and blankets. They even moved a treadmill from the basement into our garage, a pool table for another buyer and a giant shed into the backyard for us to put up later. They were completely professional! Never a complaint and carried things without damaging a thing. I would HIGHLY recommend them and plan to use them in the future if I ever decide to move again. They made a horrible experience of moving into almost a pleasant one. Thanks Matt!! Great job!!

Matt and his guys were great. They were punctual, professional and very polite. They did a great job and i would hire them again.

We needed to put our elliptical and a couple mid-sized furniture items in our temporary storage container (located in the driveway) while we staged our home to sell. While other moving companies didn't want to bother with the small job, these guys were happy to help. They had the correct lifting gear to easily carry the elliptical up the stairs, wrapped the furniture to protect it, and gave us a quick estimate for moving the rest of the house when we're ready. It was quick, professional and affordable. We would definitely use them again.

It went great! They moved things quickly and efficiently. He had a delay on arrival and kept me informed the whole time(it was 20 minutes)Matt is very pleasant to work with. Also the men who worked with him were also pleasant and efficient. They were very careful with my belongings. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Matt and his crew are true professionals and had all our furniture moved in about 2 hours. They did anything we asked them to do. The young men had to lift heavy furniture down 13 steps to our lower level and did it like it was nothing. Everything was moved and nothing was broken or had scratches. These guys really work hard and don't try to gouge you with over costs. They say what they can do for you and actually do more. Glad they were recommended to us and we would highly recommend them!

I selected Matt Young's company after reading the numerous raving reviews on Angie's List. I am so glad we hired these guys. Matt was very accomodating and professional. We did a Skype call to estimate how much time it would take and the approximate cost. Our move was confirmed at the last minute and Matt was able to rearrange his schedule to fit us in for a whole day. He sent Cody and Alejandro whom I cannot say enough good things about. They were punctual, professional and such hard workers. They worked with us for 11 hours and only took a 20 minutes break for lunch. They worked very diligently and did a fantastic job. They were quiet, respectful and very very professional. We are very thankful for their hard work and will definitely use them again next time. We are so pleased with the outstanding service we received and we thank Alejandro, Cody and Matt.

I was impressed with the reviews on iHaul iMove which is why they were pretty much my only choice in who I hired. Like others, I was initially a little concerned about the fact that they charge by the hour, but that concern was completely unfounded. Other than lunch, they never took a break and worked hard all day long without ever stopping! I had some difficult pieces for them to move - including a lot of antiques - and they did such a careful and awesome job. They had to remove a leaf in an extremely heavy dining room table that had warped due to our dry CO climate. They worked and worked on it to get it removed and closed back up so I could still use the table in my new home. They had to move a King size mattress, bed and bedroom set from the basement of our house up a very difficult stairwell and two stories to the master bedroom to stage. I didn't think it would be possible, but they did it! I was recently widowed - which is why I was moving - and I needed to hire someone that would tear down beds and furniture in one house and put them back together in the new house. They did all that for me!! Not only that, but when Matt realized that the dryers and ranges we were switching out in the houses had the wrong electrical cords, he switched it all out and rewired them for free for me. I couldn't have been more impressed. The only negative of the whole experience is that a small plastic piece was broken off the water catcher on the outside of the refrigerator. Matt said he was going to look into ordering a new part for me but I never did hear back from him. I just went ahead and glued the piece in as best I could. But overall I would still highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again if needed.

Brandon and Alejandro were just great and work really well as a team! I hired them to move a beast of an entertainment center (solid oak, 5 pieces, huge) from my main level into my basement. Other than the sheer volume of the piece, I further challenged them with a narrow stairwell that has 3 tight turns with a lower ceiling at one of the turns and the doorway to the basement is about 5" shorter than the towers the men were moving. They accepted the challenge and completed the work amazingly fast AND they were very pleasant to me the entire time! There was absolutely no damage to the furniture, the walls, the ceilings, the door jams or the people! I would definitely recommend this moving company. Very professional, prompt and were great with communication.

Matt and I had great email communication and he called as he was leaving to come to our house on the appointed day. He arrived as scheduled and he and his coworker set to work clearing out our basement ahead of an upcoming remodel. Matt and his coworker worked hard and continuously to clear the basement, moving items to our main floor, to our garage for donation, and to their truck to haul away. I thought it would take about three hours with transit time, but it took less because they worked so quickly. Matt was very clear about the charges and the paperwork. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs this service. When it comes time to move everything back to the basement, I will call Matt. For this service, I will always call him first. Call Matt and you will be glad you did!

Real fast and just what we wanted. Hard workers who got this move done in 7 1/2 hours. Would highly recommend them!

When planning a local move of about 20 miles, from NE Colorado Springs to Monument, we did our research online and by phone, contacting 3 local moving companies scoring ideally "A" and at least, "B" overall, and having minimum of 50 reviews posted by Angie's members. iHaul iMove made the list. We were especially impressed us that they were nominated for exceptional quality award by 1 out of 3 reviewers. Our final choice was iHaul iMove.Our selection was based on the contact-ness demonstrated by Matt Young, owner/working supervisor. He returned initial call within an hour, listened to our concerns about safely moving heavy antique family heirloom furniture, and openly shared his company's policies, prices, and track record. When we were delayed in emailing our list of items to be moved, Matt called that evening with concern that he had not yet received the list and hoping it hadn't bounced in email transmission. iHaul iMove's estimate arrived via email within 24 hours of our sending Matt the list. He explained that he has worked with the same 2 crew members for almost 5 years (he must be doing something extremely right, to retain personnel in a field of work that tends to have an extremely high personnel turn-over). iHaul iMove's crew of 3 handled the heavy furniture in what appeared to be effortless harmony... in sharp contrast to our experience a few years ago when we moved from state to state, hiring a nationally recognized moving company. That national company employed a crew of 4 plus emergency fill in help from the van driver, to move the same furniture; their efforts appeared strained and uncoordinated. As a result, our antique high boy elaborate carved wood topper was broken off & scratches were left on a stairway bannister . With iHaul iMove, not a hint of damage occurred, to either home or to any furniture pieces 3.Can Do Attitude. Because of narrow 180 degree turn in stairway, with tight quarters at the landing turn point, for the 8 pieces of lower level furniture, Matt and crew entered this level via the lower patio door. This meant traversing about 50 feet of uneven ground in home's side yard, while carrying the moderate to heavy furniture pieces. No complaints (verbal or non-verbal); the crew sized up the challenge, decided the best method to enter lower level, and then performed the task at hand. 4.Technological Pluses. iHaul iMove owner Matt communicated with us via phone, email, text. They were nice and very good. They were careful and they did a very good job. They have a fair price and they are very industrious.

I need to write a short story - but I'll spare you :) Matt (the owner) and his guys were sooooo professional. For starters - we live an hour and a half from their location. That makes our move odd to begin with. Add to that - the fact that we are not moving! Our home was struck by lightning last summer - and we are still dealing the repairs. Our floor has to be replaced on the second floor of the house - and we needed to get our belongings completely out. Because of our remote location - we rented a mobile storage unit - rather than moving our belongings far from home for several months. Other contractors that were called were unable to give us a rate that discounted the use of and fuel for a large truck. Matt was able to work with us for our special situation. He was very prompt in all communications before the move - and they were right on time the day of the move. The guys were all professional, polite, HARD WORKING. Another company suggested with would be a 6 hour move (plus the 3-4 hours drive time round trip). Matt pulled out of here 2 hours after arriving. Yes - Matt was here. We had been quoted for 2 guys - but he offered to send (3) guys (including himself) for move day - and suggested it would help things move along faster. He was exactly right! Having that third person made everything move so much faster. He would be prepping the next items to be moved out while the other two guys were walking things out to the unit. They were all so careful with our personal items - and made me feel like they cared about our stuff and our situation. I don't even think they took a break!!!! And hey - our stuff is NOT light. We could not be happier. What a huge relief to have been assisted by this company. I understand that moving companies can be excellent or terrible. These are the GOOD GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!

Communication was excellent. Crew was very punctual. Very professional. My street was having paving done at the time. 10 days before my move, I spoke with the Project Manager of the street paving and arranged for them not to work on my street the day of my move. Unfortunately, the PM forgot about my request and never passed on the information to the crew's supervisor. When the movers showed up, they were paving my street and I was unable to reach the PM. Matt spoke with the street crew and arranged for the paver to pass by while they were loading the truck. Matt and his crew did a fantastic job. They had less street area to work with when pulling out, but they made it work. They did a great job moving my items. Nothing was damaged and they took care of the items being moved. When there was an issue with my dryer hookup because I had the wrong style and length of vent for the dryer hookup, I tried and failed to get the apartment maintenance to do it. I connected Matt again and arranged for Matt to do it. They arranged to come back again with the vent that I needed and only charged me for the materials and a reasonable extra fee for their time. I will use them again once I find my next house.

Great. Prompt, no hassle. Had spoken with Matt to make the arrangements, very responsive, on time, and polite. Definitely would use again!

Matt and I went over the contents to be moved via Face time on my iPad! They were respectful, very nice, and very careful with our belongings. We actually moved up the street and did it twice so the second time Matt ands crew moved everything we didn't get to the first time. Moving always takes more time and effort than expected, but I have and would recommend iHaul iMove to anyone needing a moving company in town. We did not have them pack- we only needed them to move for us.
