They did a great job! From the estimate to the actual work, it was all handled very professionally. They took the time to answer all my questions (didn't try to sell me on more than I needed!) and cleaned up beautifully after. I will use them in the future for all my needs. Great customer service and nice people!

I used them because they had such a good rating on Angie’s List. They were very prompt, they were there within 2 days of when I called them, and were exactly on schedule and on time. That makes a big difference to me, because I arrange my schedule for people.

I had called another service before Home Heating and got an answering machine which I left a message but after about an hour with no response from the first service (they never did call me back). I called Home Heating. Home Heating had a receptionist and scheduler that answers their phones and was very professional. I called them on Wednesday morning and they said they would work me in that afternoon. I thought that was very nice. The woman I spoke with at their office phone was very professional and cheerful. I got very busy that same early afternoon and was on another call when a call came in from a guy that said he was the furnace service I called and he had finished a job early and could come over to look at my problem. I mistook him as the first service I called and said I didn't need him because I had another service on its way. Stupid me not noting the time, or asking what service he was with, (he actually might have said Home Heating) but I had put the other call on hold which was very important. As 6 pm rolled by and still no service man from Home Heating. I called them to see what happened. I got their answering service which was a very professional recording stating the many options I had. From leaving message, calling back the next day, punching a button to get emergency same night service (great to know). I hit the same night service since I was wondering about the technician’s whereabouts. I left a message expecting nothing till the next day. Within 15 minutes the on call technician called me back. I ask him where the tech was for my appointment. He said he would check into it and get back. No more than 10 min later he called and said the tech that was coming to my appointment had called to check if he could come by early and I told him I had someone else from another company coming. It immediately dawned on me that the guy that called earlier WAS from Home Heating. I apologized and said I wanted Home Heating because the other company obvious at this point never called me back. He said he would tell the morning staff to put me back on the books for Thursday. Thursday morning about 9am I got a call from the same pleasant lady that ask if my original time of 2 to 4 pm would be fine. I said yes. At 1:30 the tech called to confirm and said he was ready now (at 1:30) to stop by. He did and diagnosed the problem, had the part, was in and out within an hour, also giving the furnace and additional once over to assure it was all in working order and fixed the furnace. The reason for the long story is that I found out many things about Home Heating. One, they were very professional from first phone call to end. Two, they were very prompt on any call backs. Three, they didn't act mad, but professional, when told they weren't doing the job during the phone call mix up. Four, they were very professional and actually joking with me that this type of mix up has happened before and they were sorry about it (it was my fault). Five, they had no problems scheduling me in the very next day. Six, their tech was very knowledgeable and professional. I will use and recommend this service again if needed.

I think we had a problem with something and we had to call them again and the second person came and fixed it. He came out and said that they had to service it and he thought he fixed it and we had to call again and someone else came out to fix it.

The work was satisfactory and they are very nice.

My wife obtained 3 different estimates and found Home Heating Service hit it out of the park through out the whole process. From the initial contact,follow up and subsequent installation we were extremely pleased in the professionalism displayed by the staff. Subsequent final inspection(s) left us satisfied that we had made a good decision in choosing Home Heating Services. We are having a small problem with a noisy fan which I am sure we will get resolved. The work was awesome! I was really impressed with the results and the speed. However, after the guys left I noticed their spray insulation machine leaked some liquid on a concrete step to my house. I was told the 6" stain would come out with sun exposure. It's been 3.5 years and the stain is still there. I am very upset as the concrete is nearly perfect with the exception of the Home Heating Service, Inc. stain.

It went very well. They gave my husband ideas on how to set up vents in the other parts of the house. And, if we need someone to install a new wall A/C next summer, their business offers those services as well. I appreciate that they went above and beyond just what they were contracted for. Our furnace works great! I would definitely recommend them!

After being quoted $3800 to replace my furnace and being told it was "dead" by Heat Depot, Home Heating Service saved the day with a simple repair. They scheduled so quickly I was fortunate they were able to get my furnace running so quickly. I was confused about the billing though. They said it was $95 for the service call but it would go towards the service if I used them beyond the diagnosis but I was still charged as a separate charge.

My 18 year old furnace was struggling and couldn't be repaired. Got an estimate from them (good, better, best). Estimator measured the home, including the windows to calculate the size I needed (rather than just assuming the current one was correct). Turned out I could go with a smaller unit (not surprising since my furnace was the same size as the builder put in all the patio homes even though my home is 20% smaller than my neighbors). I went with the "best" option to get an high efficiency furnace and the rebates that came with it. Company also was offering a 20% coupon discount. Installers were on time, very considerate of my hardwood stairs when hauling out the old and bringing in the new. Cleaned up everything. After 1 winter season, extremely satisfied with the furnace.

Service tech Miguel Quijas, checked the system and determined that it was low on coolant. Right now, because of surgery I can only use one hand, so he replaced the air filter for me and gave a general check to the system. The system is 4 years old and we discussed there must be a slow leak. Since its getting into the end of the need for A/C, it was suggested that a complete leak test be done next Spring. This I also agreed with. Miguel was very professional. I had to change repair companies because the one I used for four years has stopped responding to calls! Home Heating are my new guys.

Of course these things never happen at a convenient time. :-) Saturday morning . . . no hot water. Trek to the basement, nine-year-old hot water heater pouring water out the bottom. I've been using Home Heating Service for years. They've always been great. So, I called them. Carlos (who has been to my house before) was the tech on call, and called me back within a few minutes. We discussed the issues and the options. Very quickly he was at my house with the new water heater and replaced the unit. Price was as discussed. This company is great to deal with.

Gosh - too much good to write! Have used them for years and will continue to do so. Just the best company.Hard to make me feel safe and trusted with services - but I picked the right company when I picked them!

Was extremely busy that day because of the severe cold, but made a special point to get there the same day (approx 8:30 pm.) Worked fast and efficiently and had the problem fixed by 10:00 pm. He was great!

Arrived on time. Performed maintenance of A/C and furnace. Efficient and friendly. They installed our furnace and a few years later the A/C. Recommend them and will use in the future.

They were very punctual, did a great job. cleaned up well. I was very pleased. They also gave me a lot of options with no pressure. I took the cheapest one and am quite satisfied.

Provider did everything they could to ensure we didn't expend unnecessary $$. They replaced a part of the furnace and cautioned that we would probably need to replace the entire unit eventually (~2 years down the road). Professional and qualified.

They were on time for the for all events from the site inspection to final instructions on how to operate the unit. They were professional in all their activities and very easy to deal with.
