They followed up, called to let me know what the condition was, what parts they did or didn't install, also with info on upcoming issues that may need addressed. They were great about keeping me posted. Price is approximate, and includes parts installed.

They had installed the water heater for me before. The service was done by the same person that gave me the estimate. He was very prompt and very friendly. The only issue with him was that he didn't complete his work as I thought he would do. I thought there were some places and some things that he missed out. It was nothing major but it was too minor to call him back. I think he was a bit flop with his work because he had done an incomplete work. I think the price was high for the kind of work that he did. He was pretty good with his professionalism.

They were very helpful. They were prompt and easy to work with. I have scheduled them to work in the future.

Service person arrived right on the estimated arrival time. He seemed to be very knowledgeable. Because we had no more fuses, he was very logical in his process of seeking the cause of the electrical short. He also disconnected the power system from an attached humidifier that we no longer use. I was very impressed by his professionalism and thoroughness. He also assured me that if he had not caught the problem, a follow-up service call would be at no charge.

The technician arrived on time. I told him that I didn't have a cover for the evaporative cooler because I had just bought the house and didn't know the size. I agreed to go buy a cover at a nearby Lowe's if he could measure it for me. He did so immediately. I went to Lowe's and he was just finishing up the furnace check when I returned. He explained that the furnace was in good shape. To help me in the future, he wrote the size of the filter on the outside of the unit. Then he went up on the roof, drained the water from the evaporative cooler and installed the cover. When he finished that, he came into the house and checked the level of blown-in insulation in the attic. He called the next day with estimates on what it would cost to increase the insulation.

Great service. Came the same day I called to give an estimate. Suggested ways to keep my current furnace running well for a number of years. Took time to teach me proper maintenance.

Home Heating Service was able to get a tech to my house the same day I called. John was on time and went right to work fixing my furnace. He had the problem figured out in less than 5 minutes and had the problematic part replaced in no time. John's a good guy that knows his stuff and was pretty cool too.

Scott took the time to show us our new thermostat, and did great work while he was with us the whole time.

I'm very impressed with this company. I have an old house (1891) that had an old furnace on its last legs, but knew nothing about buying or installing a new one. On the sales side, Derrick was no pressure and very informative. His was my first estimate, and afterward I spent about a month researching furnaces and getting other estimates and found that just about everything Derrick told me was spot on. During my research I read numerous times about the importance of choosing not just a good furnace and warranty, but a company with experience installing the specific model you choose (in my case a Trane XC95). Home Heating's estimate was one of the higher that I got, but I decided to err on the side of caution and go with them based on their straightforwardness concerning what I was getting for my money and the congruence between what they had told me and what turning up during my own research. About 30 minutes after they arrived (on time) on installation day, I was sure that I'd made the right choice. The three person crew -- Derrick, Max, and Noah -- were very professional and got to work right away taking out the old furnace and installing the new one (about 11 hours). I liked that the same person who did the estimate, knew my concerns, and talked to me throughout the sale was also part of the installation crew. I spent much of the day with them and it was very clear to me that they knew exactly what they were doing and approached the various small snags that arose (who new the external wall to the basement was 12" thick?) with professionalism and experience. I was particularly impressed by their ability to fabricate a new central duct from sheet metal to connect the old ducting system to the new unit (which was much smaller that the old unit) which, when they were done, looked factory made. End product: a new furnace that looks and runs great -- and that passed city code inspection two days later without a problem. It's only been a month, so time will tell, but every indication I got from my experience with Home Heating Services is that I got A+ service and advise, and a crew that stuck around to put in the time and effort to get the job done right the first time. I'll definitely use them again.

Clint was great. He took the time to make sure there were no leaks in the system and preformed the pressure tests necessary to get service reinstated. He came back twice to make sure that everything was correct before the inspectors came in.

Overall, it went very well. Fred was thorough and courteous. I thought the price was a little high, but the audit seemed to be very thorough. He arrived on time, was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He took his time and did not rush me through the process. It was all very good. It did take longer than I had anticipated to get the final report from the company. After a couple of phone calls, he came through.

Overall I was very pleased with Home Heating. The person they sent out was knowledgeable, professional and they got the job done right. The down side: They had to come out three times to complete the job due to not having the correct wrenches, and then still not finding the leaking joint. In their defense, it is an old house and the leak was in the crawl space and difficult to reach. Heck, I won't even go under there! The other issue was that they charged me a service charge for coming out and looking at the problem. I figured that they'd waive the initial service fee if I went ahead and had them do the repair, but nope. This may be SOP for the industry, I don't know. Fortunately, we've not had to have a this type of work done before.

Great. Made suggestions for improving service without hard-sell. Also made suggestions of improvements I could do myself.

Home Heating Service's representative was above and beyond anyone I've ever seen. He came out 3 times to check equipment. I went with a larger machine than I was originally thinking of. Their price was excellent and their service was truly outstanding. I would highly recommend them. I would give them A+'s across the board. The sales representative was not a high pressure salesman. He took his time to explain everything to me. He pointed things out to me that I was not aware of. It was an explanation sale.

Heating contractors seem to be one of the better businesses in Colorado Springs; I often hear positive reports from co-workers about all the big players. Home Heating fits that mold. All of the techs were competent, friendly, and considerate. No attempts were made to sell me a new furnace--they were truly interested in doing what was best for me. They were always careful to close gates and doors behind them. When it came time to replace the motor, the work came in exactly on estimate, with no surprises. My old furnace is now humming along with no problems.

I felt they did a very good job. My heating system went out on a Friday and they had a new one installed the following Monday. I would recommend this company to my friends.

A repair person showed up within 2 hours of when I had placed my call. He left to get the parts needed and within 2 more hours, he had the AC working beautifully.

I had contacted several companies for estimates. This company would with my desires for my preferred placement of the condenser. I wanted it out of my eyesight so it would not take away from my yard's appearance. They were able to figure out a way to make it work. They are a company who thrives on customer satisfaction and won't quit until it is done top notch. With this project, they gave me a 15% senior citizen discount. Also, I wanted the installation to be completed by the end of April so I could take advantage of the manufacture's $1500 rebate. They were able to meet the date deadline.

The salesman and workers knew a lot about their heating and air conditioning products. They were very informative. The installation went very smoothly and there were no problems. They did show up on time, as well.

Their price is comparable to others within my area. They are very honest, reliable and friendly. I have hired them on several occasions as I am very pleased with their services and abilities.
