I called High Altitude based on reviews on Angie's list. I left a message on Saturday explaining the issue. I got a return call from Eric immediately and he was on the site within 45 minutes. Eric met with the tenant, diagnosed the issue as the furnace simply needing a new filter and the sensors needing to be cleaned. Eric serviced the furnace accordingly and $150 later the problem was fixed and the tenant was happy. Very happy with the result and the promptness of service.

Excellent Job. Fireplace and Glass look like new. The Technician was very informative and, did a wonderful job. He was very courteous and left the job site spotless.

The service was okay. They did not charge us anymore than what we purchased for. Our experience was very good. They were very quick. They actually told us about the coupon on Angie’s List so we could go purchase it without spending additional money.
