Some lack of response from the service department, but once contact was made, the job got done in a timely manner. I would have preferred not to have had to call them back for a re-stretch, however...

Very disappointed with this company! We needed our bathroom redone for a sale on the home and after scheduling a time to get an estimate they cancelled due to a family emergency, I tried to be understanding but thought it was a bit weird nobody else could come. Then when I inquired about when the could come I got no response and had to contact them multiple times. Then after they came to give an estimate (which I was happy with) I contacted them multiple times telling them I wanted to hire them but they never returned my calls and kept putting me off! Finally when I did get a call back they told me they couldn't do it in the time frame I had (which I told them about from the beginning and if they had been more responsive it wouldn't be a quick turnaround) so they left me scrambling to find another contractor and put the sale of my home in jeopardy! Sad because I was looking forward to writing a good review but they have earned it!

They were absolutely super. Every thing was very clean actually they brought in a specialist to attach the last couple of pieces because it was a kitchen and that could be tricky, they added at no extra cost they used wood all the way around. They did fine You could always find somebody cheaper but you would not get the quality. so we decided to go with them because of the way they approached every thing.

My overall experience with them was great. The installer came in and he covered the floors. He came in and looked at both fireplaces, we talked about how we wanted it setup and we had existing tiles that we wanted to use for stripe on the fireplace and he asked for that and we gave him and he started right in. He put the tile on both fireplaces in one day and then he came back the following day and did the grout job, and he did a beautiful and excellent job. We do have the house for five years and we have had them come in and install tile in our bathroom and powder room, and that was five years ago. They do an excellent work. I will use them in the future, I am going to have my bathroom done and I will contact them to do the tiling in the shower.

They were great! I'd recommend them to anybody.

The floors turned out beautifully and there was no mess left behind. The carpet also was done quickly and professionally. They moved a lot of furniture with great care!!

Superb in every respect. 1) They came and did an estimate when promised, 2) the installation started and was completed within their stated dates, 3) the installation was flawless...absolutely nothing needed to be corrected, 4) they were courteous, and cleaned up work thoroughly at the end of each work day. I really don't know if they were the cheapest, but I can certainly testify that their work is excellent. If you want an absolutely top tier installation, use them. You will not be disappointed.

While I believe the estimate was fair and the carpet quality and style was excellent, the timeframe in which I had to get the project complete, coupled with the cost and the government furlough just didn't work out for me. John was very responsive and even tweaked my estimate to take out a few areas to bring down the costs, but in the end, I just couldn't afford to the time or money to follow through. I would definitely go back to Floor Craft because it wasn't their fault at all that I wasn't able to use their services. They are a first class company; very professional and courteous and very responsive!

Subcontractor for B&J Construction in remodel of two bathrooms; Floorcraft laid all tile and poured shower pan. Met with designer at store prior to start of job and got excellent advice on tile types, prices, and options. Designer "Beth" was very knowledgeable and made selection process much easier. Installers Christian and Leo showed up on time, had all the right materials and tools, and were both highly skilled and friendly. Both men worked hard, consulted us on all appearance options, and did beautiful work. Both floors look great, but the reconstructed shower is exceptional; a real work of art that rivals anything we saw in the high end models at recent Parade of Homes. All work was done with enthusiasm, skill, and pride of workmanship. Cleanup at end of every day and upon completion of job was excellent.

Professional. Prompt (1 week) coming out to review. Bid was clear. Price was higher, by $1,300, of all bids from flooring specialty companies.

I have a tri level house. Installed new carpet upstairs into hallway and three bed rooms. Installed carpet down stairs into the familiy room. Installers were in and out in half a day. They moved furniture as needed with no problems.

They will start the work next week. The quote is mid range. We got a couple of quotes and they all came about the same in the range. They were really good about finding and deciding what we would use. We are committed until next week and we don't have anything on there. When they said they would send the quote, we got the quote right away and they were on top of it. We got a written quote and then followed through that way. They were really good about getting the materials and quote right on time. They were really helpful.

Great! We had a fair bit of work done when we bought our new house ? carpet, paint, new staircase railing ? and have to say this is the one aspect that went off without a hitch, problem, or a "come back and fix something." Carpet arrived on time, guys delivered it exactly when they were supposed to, and knocked out the installation (including stairs) in a matter of hours. Wish we could have said quite the same about all of our other projects. Absolutely would use these guys (John Whitlock was our contact; great guy!) again, and probably will, whenever we decide to recarpet our basement.

The estimate was too high, so I didn't use this company. Estimator was very good.

They arrived on time. They completed the job perfectly. I really think they did a good job. They're not the cheapest people in town but I think you definitely get what you pay for.

Kevin demonstrated knowledge, talent, experience, precision and patience! It just doesn't get any better than that.
