Description of Work: Called in and was given an estimate of 7.99/sq yd for new vinyl. An estimator came out and provided an estimate for re-doing vinyl floors in 2 small bathrooms but said it would be 10.99/sq yd at their best price. I went into the store to talk to the salesman i spoke with on the phone... he was overwhelmed with phone calls and couldn't help me while 3 others were standing around joking about things. Finally the guy who came to my house for the estimate came up to help me again and showed me the vinyl they had in stock for 10.99/sq yd... none of which looked good. These guys "may" have good prices on certain things but they can't seem to get their business in order. On top of that... a few days later, someone else from the store called to schedule an in-home estimate (which was already done 4 days earlier)
