All I can say is WOW! I have to be honest, I feel like since moving to Colorado Springs ten years ago I have mostly dealt with businesses that acted like they were doing you a favor. Not with Albert and the guys!! They were terrific! The first check was just to see what was wrong, found out I needed a new pump. Came back on the day we had agreed to and had called earlier that day to let me know ETA. Pump was installed, water featrue was cleaned up and ready to go! Had a small mishap with a valve being stuck and they were back out the next day to fix it! Just wish I could hire these guys for everything!!

Ok guys I do not know where to begin with Albert and his AAA crew. I think it's often difficult to find exceptional service, but I can not type fast enough to brag on this company. Let me start by saying we just moved to the monument area and on a whim with a new pond and water feature in the backyard I searched Angie's list and ran across AAA pond care. Albert and his crew being in such high demand were booked out for almost a month or so for a clean yet still squeezed me in to come meet me and take a look at our set up. At that initial free consult Albert and his crew noticed that the auto flow on our pond was not operating properly and immediately began to troubleshoot and make some basic repairs. With in minutes they had a pump out and a crew surveying, working, and repairing it. If Albert and his AAA crew had not been there to give their professional eye to our situation our brand new home could have been at serious risk do this auto flow not working properly (basically pond continuously filling and overflowing to beneath the deck) It doesn't stop there. Originally Albert had scheduled a pond clean for us about month out because of their high demand, then this morning (only 3 days after I met him) he called and said he had a cancellation and new we had a few house warming parties coming up). He asked if he would like for him to do the pond clean early since he had a cancellation and I said...Heck ya! Also after meeting Albert and his crew within only a few days, when I would call he would respond immediately already knowing my name and recognizing my phone number. Exceptional! After talking with Albert I later discovered that received his training from some of the premiere pond companies in the nation. Although he never came out and said it, I believe I was fortunate to hire "the best". Conclusion: I can not give a company a higher review. Personable, professional, skillful, prompt, knowledgable, and goes over the top to ensure customer satisfaction. You will not be disappointed in hiring AAA Pond Care.

Albert and his crew did a complete and thorough job removing all the ingrown plants in a pair of medium size ponds. These plants had thoroughly infiltrated the rock base requiring them to move almost all the rocks (large) in the base of the pond. Additionally, they cleaned and power washed all the rocks and gravel completely. They replaced a pump which had failed, changing all the fittings to accomodate the new pump and repaired the lighting system which had been damaged over the winter. I have found them to be reliable, trustworthy and extremely hard working over the years and this time was no exception. They are a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.

Albert and his crew arrived on time and with all tools and equipment necessary to complete their job. Albert explained what they would be doing and in what order. He asked permission to park a truck in the driveway. He did not drop the ton of dirt onto the driveway but replenished the wheelbarrow right from the pick up truck which minimized spreading dirt all over the driveway. The crew was efficient and thorough. They were also careful not to damage the liner of the water feature. While the pond and water feature were refilling, they worked on the landscape lighting, replacing burned out bulbs and two non-functioning lights. Albert explained options for replacing the lights and did not push for expensive replacements or for more lights than were needed. The crew checked carefully and made modifications to make sure that the water feature bed no longer leaked. When they and the homeowners were satisfied, they treated the pond with chemicals and worked to remove debris, leaves, and "gunk" from the pond, pump, and in-take area. Albert took time to explain how the homeowners should use the chemicals in the future. There was no push to buy anything or to do more than what was expected that day. The crew was thorough in their clean-up including sweeping all dirt from the driveway. Because the work went smoothly, the final cost was at the low end of his original estimate. We will definitely be using AAA Pond Care for the winterizing and spring start up of our water feature.

Living in Colorado, a semi-arid state, there is not a large demand for ponds and pools, and we definitely are in short supply of qualified, skilled pond specialists who demonstrate integrity and professionalism.My experience in the past with pond specialists was poor at best. But because I love being around water and especially hearing a waterfall, I persevered. I needed help in locating a reputable pond person and that's when I decided to join Angie's List. I am sograteful for this company! Having joined, I read the reviews on pond/pool specialists. This is how I came upon AAA Pond Care, and Albert Aldaz, the owner.Albert's expertise are with ponds and landscaping. His 15 years of experience and high standard of work ethics is the reason I would rate his work as Excellent and highly recommend him.
