Very personal and fast, did not try to up sale

Dennis was wonderful! We had a leaky ball valve for our sprinkler system. He quickly identified the problem and replaced the part. He even cleaned out a slow drain in our bathroom! The price was reasonable and he was on time. I would highly recommend Lowe Plumbing to anyone!

Dennis is really great to work with. He was very polite and explained all of the work that he did when he was done. He was extremely apologetic about having to reschedule from the previous week (he gave me plenty of notice ahead) and showed up early on our agreed reschedule date. These things happen but he handled it all as well as I could've asked for. Should I ever need plumbing services again in the future, I already know I'll be checking in with Lowe Plumbing for it.

Dennis was great from start to finish. He called me back when I asked for a quote, he set up an appointment, he called and then texted me when he was coming and he showed up on time (actually an hour early!). He explained the repair to me, made the repair and cleaned up the work area. And the cost for the repair was way less than I've paid for previous plumbers. Dennis is a good business man. He contacted me shortly after I posted on HomeAdvisor. Was here when he said he would be. Fair pricing, and did all he said he would to complete the toilet install. Fast, efficient and left the space as clean as he found it. I am recovering from knee surgery and Dennis went out of his way to make the install easy. In fact I have the next job scheduled . He is installing a gas range. I will keep his number, I am sure more repairs will come up.

Dennis simply got the job done right, and at a fair price. He responded quickly (within 45 minutes of my request) on HomeAdvisor and was willing to meet me within an hour. He troubleshot the leak I had on my main water line tower, and determined he could not get the replacement part (back-flow preventer) till after Labor Day. I don't like leaving jobs undone, so I suggested we get the part at Lowe's or Home Depot. He not only agreed, but was willing to drive with me. I was lucky to have an opportunity to get to know him on a personal level, and he is someone you can trust to fix your plumbing problem properly and to charge you fairly for his time. I put his knowledge of water chemistry to the test, and he knows that part of the job as well. At the end of the repair, he even tested and adjusted the water pressure. Attention to all details was a trait that impressed me with Dennis. He will definitely stay on my plumbing call list, and I would not hesitate to recommend his services to others. Thank you!
