Eric is a professional from start to finish! He replaced a broken post and gate. He responded promptly, shows up on time prepared for the job, and left the work site clean and tidy. He and his helper stuck with the project even with difficult circumstances. We are very happy with the end result!!

They left the old posts and concrete in my yard. They said they would come back to dispose of them when they went to the dump. My dog is very accident prone and I could not leave rusty nails in my yard. I had to move everything outside of my yard (good thing I have no HOA). I contacted them a while later to see if they were planning on following up. The answer was that it would be another month because they were on vacation. They did a great job on my fence and I have used them twice. I cannot help but feel like I was blown off by the lack of urgency and the fact that they could not remember what they said they would remove the rubbish.

It was difficult to find a contractor that was willing to do a single fence post replacement. Called several and was quoted anywhere from $300-$400. Called Eric w/dedicated services and he came to my house and gave me a quote shortly after speaking to him on the phone. Said it would be $200 and he did it that day. Work looks great and was done in the time he said it would take and for the price. Would definitely recommend and will be using him for future contracting jobs.
