He responded quickly, began the project the next day and by the end of the week it was completed. He was very pleaseant to work with and on time, which is to me the most imporrtant part the customer service. His work was excellent.

I had three projects done: cut an opening in a door for a dog door, build a platform as part of the garage stairs, and pour a concrete slab for a new exterior door. Eric was very professional, started the work at the first opportunity on his schedule, and finished up that same day as planned (except for removing the concrete forms a couple of days later). I am very happy with the quality of the work, and will use Dedicated Services again in the future.

The work was done well, everything cleaned up when completed. Eric is very personable. Kept a very organized work space which was important due to his repairing a railing on our stairway with a great deal of "morning traffic." Very satisfied.

His work was also outstanding, and his smile, kindness and good spirit were so appreciated. In addition to painting, Eric laid linoleum in our bathroom and again, did a fantastic job.
