Went to work right away. Checked things out,asked questions. Was here less than 30miutes.

Very responsive. Came out in unexpected snow because they said they would be there to quote the job.

A day before selling my home I had noticed leak with my toilet under my hardwood in a guest toilet. I pulled up the effected wood and contacted Shambach Contrivers to relay the hardwood I already had. I was not present at the home so I trusted them to let themselves in and out with a lockbox. They were very respectful completed the job on time, did good work laying the floor. Trim work could have been a little better but overall they did a great job and really helped me out of a bind. I would use again.

Work not done correctly. Was difficult to get him to make it right. He eventually rebuilt steps but he should have done it correctly the first time instead of using defective wood.
