I think they did a good job. In the first year, the specialist was very thorough with the inside and outside of our home. In the second year, I notice that the specialist was a little lax in spraying. I took this as a sign that the bulk of the work was complete so, I discontinued the services. I really don't care for the customer service when calling but the specialist got the job done. Thank you

They were super nice and super quick!

I had a very tenacious yellow jacket infestation. After a prompt initial visit for a very reasonable price, OzoneSafe had to return twice more for additional treatments. For the third visit the technician actually had to wear a bee suit and administer a more aggressive treatment. The company did all this without charging any more. Though the jury is still out, it seems the third time may have been the charm. I'm very happy with their service thus far.

They contacted me very quickly and were willing to come out the same day. I had them come out the next day and they were prompt and professional. For the amount of work they said they were going to do they were done in under an hour so I'm hoping the service was done thoroughly and my spider issues are resolved.

First they come out for a wasp problem. $99. Junse 9 and again June 30. I was never told they only warranty things for 60 days. The second invoice even says next service in 3 months. Well a few weeks ago a wasp stung me. Ok maybe one. But 8/22 I spray clean the house and find a ton of wasps. In areas that they sprayed and pointed out to them. So I call today and to my surprise, they only warranty for 60 days. Yet, there is nothing on the invoice that says that. So what a waste of $99. So how can I recoomend a service that says one thing an does another. I called an noted that it did not say 60 days on either invoice. All they said was sorry. So if you don't know things it seems extremely unfailr to say sorry and not really do any anything. Nothing was explained like they just explained. So if I would have known maybe I would would have purchased the longer program, but that was not even offered when I made the initial call.
