Randal was was very professional and knowledgeable about what actions were required for the job. Two days later we still had many insects. We will receive our second treatment in August and see if there has been any improvements

My only problem was yellow jackets in one area. OzoneSafe initially tried to get me to sign up for 4 visits, 1 every 3 months, but when I explained my problem was isolated and seasonal and I didn't want anything done over the winter, they were happy to come out once now (same day actually!) and once later in the summer to keep the yellow jackets down - perfect for what I needed. They have a great guarantee on their work too.

First visit was great but 2nd visit wasn't scheduled so they could only change one bait station. When I called to express my concern that they showed up without an appointment all i got was excuses and an argument. Very unprofessional.

The representative who came is an outstanding young man. A real positive expression of your company's commitment to providing good service. I gave high scores, but have not yet had time to see if there will be good results.

The employee who came out to our house was one of the nicest professionals I have ever met. He answered all of our questions and was extremely polite. We will definitely be using Ozone Safe Pest Control in the future.

Someone returned my initial call right away--and after seeing a few mice that's what I wanted. A professional person came out the next day, asked all the right questions and took appropriate steps to get rid of the mice.

I recently had a rental property sprayed for insects and rodents. Just had the service completed so I cannot speak on the results but the service was timely professional and quick.

Still have a problem but I hope the next time it will be taken care of with the next treatment.

He called me immediately late at night on an emergency basis and was able to come help the situation the next morning on a Sunday. They were very professional and very compassionate. They were also very thorough and were able to spray every inch of our house and furniture. My family and pets did not need to leave either and nobody got sick.

He was not able to help us since it turned out to be a squirrel. So he is refunding our money and gave me a name of another person that could help me. Waiting on my credit. He was great and I would use him again.
