I have not seen any bedbugs since the second treatment. The third application was completed a week ago and have not had any more problems with bed bugs. So far I'm happy with the results.

I had some wasp nests and Ozone arrived within an hour of talking to me. All of the exterminators were working with customers, so the regional manager came out. He was great. I thought I had two wasp nests in my shed and he went around the yard and founds 8 more nests! The wasp poison Ozone is crysanthemum-based and non-toxic to humans, pets, plants. Matt and the guys came out quickly. The same day. I was pleased with their knowledge and I also needed their services before my next appointment was scheduled. We had a problem with bedbugs in one bedroom. They treated the whole house and will do follow up treatments over the next 4 weeks. They were very professional and took the time to explain about their treatment and what we needed to do to prepare. They showed up within the 2-hour window that we were given. Price was reasonable compared to the other companies we called.

Ozone is the only exterminator who agreed to give me a a free in-home estimate so I decided to hire them. Mat from Ozone came the same day, explained well his service, and gave me a competitive quote. I was also able to schedule my first service on a Saturday. I had to sign a one-year renewable contract however and the spraying of the inside of the house was done a little bit quickly with some missed areas.

Their application appears to be working. The person doing the application was extremely personable and professional. Their response to my request was immediate. I would use Ozone Safe in the future!

We had OzoneSafe out today to take care of our wasp problem. Matt was very nice and professional. We have yet to know if the problem has been taken care of completely. I do like that they treated all areas of our home for insects, not just our wasp problem. I am also happy with a follow up appt to make sure the problem is solved. Hoping for no more wasps!

Jesse was great, he came on short notice, and took care of everything quickly, while explaining what his products did. it was important that we used a company that uses safe pesticides for our family, and ozone safe has those.
