We had bad case of bird mite from nest birds built on porch light. Guy came out, took a look, called into office to make sure he had right plan to resolve our issue. He gave us great deal on package service, with discounts thrown in for going through HomeAdvisor, and provided service on the spot. So no delays in getting problem addressed.

The young man that helped us was very polite and knew what he was doing. Would hire him again if needed.

Great customer service

I am very pleased. Jason was great. He knows a lot about bugs and pests. I had a specific insect problem outside. I signed up for quarterly service inside and out. I'm glad I did. I'm seeing dead bugs inside, proof that they were there and I was unaware of their presence. The outside problem has also been taken care of.

So far so good.

Jason was very professional and easy to understand as he explained all that was involved. He explained the environmental way they eradicate the voles and the mice. We were pleased with the guarantee that Ozone provides. Very fair.

Awesome customer service

Ozone called me right away I explained to them what I needed done. They looked around showed me all the spider nets and told me that I also had mice. They gave me a great price I will be calling them back to come re-spray. But over all they are good.
