They were very quick to get a hold of me and put in the extra effort to make sure I got my bug problem taken care of. All were very friendly and had great customer service. I started finding dead silverfish the day that they sprayed so I am a happy customer!

They were very quick to respond to my phone call.

They did a great job clearing out all of the spiders and set traps for all of the mice. We set up a time for them to come back in about 6 weeks to spray again and retrieve the traps. So far, so good! No spiders seen thus far.

The first two applications were as promised - odor less - on 1/8/14 -the third treatment - and the interior of my house was full of toxic fumes that we had to open all the windows and leave the house with our three little one! When i called to complain - I was threatened by Demetrius to be referred to "collections" if I did not make a payment on the phone instantly for contract cancellation - what sort of business prefers not to send a cancellation invoice - and demands payment for contract cancellation on the phone without a paperwork or else "We'll have to refer you to collections!" BEWARE!

This is my first experience with a pest control company but in speaking to several others on the phone before hiring someone, this company provided me with a fantastic explanation of services and took extra time to discuss options. Very impressed with the service, have not seen a bug in the house since!

Jason excellent. Entered into annual contract. Began service immediately once hired. Very thorough in explanations of various rodent/insect problems.

Called and came out so quickly, responded to my concerns and began service immediately once hired. We just finished our 3 months of service so don't know if we will experience any other problems, but we liked the people who came out and the service they provided. Would recommend to others.

We signed up for the year-long service contract where they come out 4 times a year and they spray for bugs and set mouse traps. The best part is that they'll come in between services at no cost if we find more pests. Great customer service! They noticed right away from the webs that we had black widows and after the first spray, we haven't seem the webs.

I hired Ozone and he was very prompt and efficient and knew what he was doing. I would recommend him to others.

These treatments do not work. I am seeing spiders and other bugs inside my house after two treatments. I called asking them to come back and reapply, but they just wanted me to sign up for the year-long treatment.

Jesse came out on the friday before Labor Day weekend after all other companies said that tuesday was the earliest. The yellow jackets had made a home under my addition and were getting into the house. He sprayed outside and inside and those bees stopped bothering us. My wife and grandson had been stung the previous day so I was in hire an exterminator red alert mode. Thank you Ozone Safe!

Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable responsive. Technician Jason was excellent; too soon to judge results.

Technician was courteous and professional. Service was just a few days ago, but so far things look good. Lots of dead bugs around home's exterior. Will see how long the treatment lasts, and redo review. Thanks Jessie.
