+ -1 moreSean called within 24hrs of purchasing the offered deal and set up a service time 2 days later. He mounted my 46" flat panel TV to the wall directly above my fireplace. Luckily, there was drywall above the fireplace so he didn't have to attach the wall-mount to brick. Unfortunately, there was no place to run the wires though the fireplace. The best workaround included drilling a few holes in the mantle to run the power and hdmi cables. I am in the process of installing my own cabling management system to hide the cables.

Description of Work: We started by having Seth mount and hook up two tv's. We had him connect our upstairs system and put in new speakers for ti. We ended buy a new home theater system from him as well.

Description of Work: Seth did a great job wall-mounting two tvs for us. He mounted a 65" with a full-articulating arm above a fireplace and then mounted a 46" in a bedroom. Seth cut holes in each wall at no additional cost so he could meticulously run the cables through the wall so you can't see any cables. He even installed pull-strings in each wall so I can fish additional cables myself in the future if I ever need to. He had all the tools to do the job professionally despite our walls having non-standard stud distances and he cleaned up before leaving. I'd recommend Hooked Up to anyone looking for professional tv or home theater installations.

Price was less than his initial estimate, as one of the installs was easier than what he had anticipated. After the rest of our remodel work is done we plan on having Seth back out to our home to mount a TV on the wall and provide his advice on component set-up.
Description of Work: Seth came out to clean up some poorly installed coaxial outlets in our new home. Moving one from a corner of the floor feed to the wall, where it should have been and the second from the kitchen upstairs to a basement wall.

Seth came to the house, dismounted the previous flat screen and mounted our new 55" flat screen on the wall. Took approximately two hours to complete. Seth was courteous, neat, timely, meticulous and did an excellent job. Would not hesitate to use again.

+ 0 moreI called Seth because we recently moved and we wanted 2 TV's mounted on our walls, the right way. He returns phone calls and e-mails right away. He told me exactly what type of equipment to purchase to corner mount a 60 inch TV in our family room. He showed up right on time and got right to work. It was a lot of work, it took him all day. I also had him add a few electrical outlets. The TV's look awesome! You can't see any cords at all. He also mounted some sound bars, that we purchased from him. Both of the TV's sound great! After he was done, he patiently walked me through how to work the TV, the soundbar, and the new Blue Ray player. He said that we could call him anytime with questions. He even brought in a vacuum and cleaned up after himself. The amount that we spent included the mounting, all of the speakers we purchased, new HDMI cords, and adding 2 electrical outlets.

Description of Work: I had a new Samsung HD Smart TV to install, as well as Samsung Home Theater System. Seth called me back promptly, and discussed my needs. We made an appointment, and he was on time. He is knowledgable, and adept at all this stuff that I find confusing and mind-numbing. He was meticulous in trying to hide the wires, and made sure everything was satisfactory before leaving. He setup my wireless connection via the router, to allow me to use the Smart TV aspect immediately. He had replaced an existing HDTV, and hung the new one and took time to carefully measure it, as well as the hanging wall speakers. All in all, I was very pleased. Seth is also very friendly and personable, and is someone I felt safe having in my home. Highly recommended! Also, he said he would be available for support or troubleshooting if needed after the job was done, as part of the fee. The cost was reasonable, considering I wanted nothing to do with setting this all up, as technology has gotten more advanced than my pea brain.

+ -1 moreSeth and I installed some 4"X4" pieces of wood onto the wall behind the location for the TV to be installed. Once the 4"X4"'s were installed, then we were able to mount the TV into the space to complete the work. It was a very tough spot to put the TV but Seth was able to do it.
Description of Work: I had a difficult installation for my 52" flat screen TV into a rectangle hole in the wall which was only 1" on all sides bigger than the TV. Seth of HOOKED UP was able to install the TV to my satisfaction.
