Bottom-line: Fast response, outstanding service, and best price. Details: Builder installed original water heater 12-inches from drain and installed a 6-inch drain pipe from the drain pan so that when the water heater failed, it went on to the floor instead of down the drain. Since my water shut-off valve to the water heater was also bad, the water from the failed water heater continued to leak on the floor. Of the three Home Advisor (HA) listed companies that provided on-site estimates (all the same day I logged the project on HA!), Euro Plumbing was the only one that offered and fixed the immediate drainage problem (took five minutes & was at no charge) regardless of who I hired to replace the water heater. They installed both the new water heater and new water shutoff valve the next day (on a Saturday) and honored my request to move the water heater about a foot so that it was closer to the drain and the HVAC. Highly recommended!

Very punctual, clean, professional. We had a situation where the water heater we ordered was a few inches too tall...they quickly provided some alternative options, went back and got us a different water heater, and came back that afternoon to install. It was a very good experience and I would definitely hire them again.
