Found a leak in our water heater so decided to use Home Advisor to shop around. Dimitar answered the call, listened to my problem, and told me he'll have someone right over in 2-3 hours. After a worker came, gave me a price, and got the work done within an hour. Loved his prep work so that carpet doesn't get dirty. Very professional and payment was made using Square credit card payment.

Install was arranged to be done on a Saturday. They showed up on time and it was completed in under two hours. They hauled the old unit away. Price was very reasonable.

I spoke to 4 different companies and chose Euro plumbing because Dimitar was thorough on the phone, offered a product with a 12 year warranty, while the others were 6, and offered it at the most reasonable price. While he was at my home, he corrected some previous plumbers errors and walked me through how to use the water heater. He laid blankets down as to not roll the dolly on our newly finished floors and carpet and I appreciated the fact that although not an emergency, not having hot water is a huge inconvenience and he got me on his calendar the same day.
