Anton with Euro Plumbing installed 2 new water heaters for us yesterday and we are extremely pleased with his work, demeanor and level of professionalism. I solicited 3 bids (from companies with high reviews) for installing the same product, and Euro Plumbing was by far the lowest quote, and the responsiveness from Dimi (the supervisor) was excellent. We live in a remote area in Colorado where it is often difficult to get service men and subcontractors to come out for repairs and replacements. Euro Plumbing did not charge us any additional trip charges. When Anton reviewed our existing water heaters, he pointed out a couple of areas where the pipes were corroding and there was potential for leaks. He contacted Dimi for a quote to replace this piping, and Dimi advised him to go ahead and replace the pipes at no additional cost. Euro Plumbing stuck to their original quote for the work, and gave us more service than we were expecting. We own a high-end custom home, and I have dealt with many subcontractors and repair men over the years. I have to say that Euro Plumbing is one of the most professional, responsive and conscientious companies I have worked with and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber. I am happy to know that I have found a plumber I can trust and rely on.

Our water heater was leaking last night and I contacted Euro Plumbing at 9:30 pm. They Returned my text right away and gave me information about all my options. Showed up promptly this morning and was done in less than two hours. Anton was wonderful and was very helpful. He even installed a carbon monoxide alarm. He also cleaned up after the water heater was installed. We will use them again in the future. Very friendly, knowledgeable and priced right.

Andon was competent and professional. He explained everything he did in great detail. Installation was clean and job was reasonably priced (exactly the amount quoted).

Anton was fantastic, professional and very knowledgeable about plumbing. He put coverings down on the hardwood floors to protect them, was very careful about the area he was using, and cleaned up before he left. He also spent extra time explaining to me how to properly maintain the water heater.

I reported our water heater on the blink Sunday afternoon and 24 hours later I had a new one installed. The service technician was prompt, polite and informative. I highly recommend this company.

Dimi (sp) and his technician did a great job and were easy to work with. They installed a new hot water heater and removed our old water heater during the day on the 4th of July. They finished the job more quickly than originally expected, and took either check or credit card. I highly recommend this business to anyone in need of a new hot water heater.

The service technician explained the process and did the installation and showed me whet normal looks like on the water heater. He was very clear in his explanation.

At 9:00PM Tuesday night we found our water heater was leaking. Both my wife and I had early morning appointments so we couldn't call someone then. I went to HomeAdvisor and put in my info and received a call in less than 5 minutes. Demi came out the next day at about 2:30 and installed a new heater. I was truly impressed with the way he treated our home by covering the areas he had to walk on and cleaning up after the work was completed. I will now use him for all of my plumbing needs.

We had several quotes in the thousands. Demi was in our home for less than 2 minutes and said our water heater was still under warranty. We bought a safety valve and water softener too because he saved us so much money and installed it on a Sunday and not charging additional for Sunday. Very professional, responsive and HONEST!
