It's nice to know that there are good people out there who are NOT scamming for your money but are honest. Ken knows a lot about sump pumps and came out and checked our sump pump to make sure it was working okay. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't need!

Ken is one of most honest, knowledgeable, helpful, resourceful, individual I have come across. I picked him based on other great references on Home Advisor since I had not worked with him before and now I am fortunate to have a guy can trust. In addition to what he has listed, Ken will go out of his way and help you if you run into something that is totally unrelated to your call. It is very hard these days to have somebody like him who will avoid you to call an additional trade. He will finish the job and also educate you in the process.SO.........................HIRE HIM AND SEE IT FOR YOUR SELF!!

We had our sump pump overflow into our finished, carpeted media room in our basement @ 4:00am on New Years Day, and Ken came out that same day to help, which was amazing! He was as friendly and professional in person as he was on the phone. Ken explained a couple of different options/ solutions for our sump pump problem, and gave us a very fair price for the work he did. Great customer service, and we will recommend Dr. Dry to anyone and everyone we know with a need for the line of work that they do! Thank you Ken!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would. They came in and repaired/replaced a horrid sump pump installation. I would strongly recommend Dr. Dry Home Waterproofing - you simply can't do better.

When they put in the interior drain into our home a year ago we were having pretty extreme flooding. A year later, and the drain is still working quite well. Because of this work we have fallen back in love with our home, and couldn't be happier.
