We called Side-by-Side Pest Control on a Sunday for an emergency earwig infestation. We spoke with Brian and he generally does not work Sunday's, but made an exception for us. He came over in the evening, because earwigs are nocturnal and wanted to make sure he did the best job possible. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and his work was over the top. We could not have asked for better service than what he provided us. He did research before coming out, as earwigs are not too common in CO. We discussed all the different maintenance, options and upkeep to keep them out of our house. Thank you for all of your hard work!

They were excellent. Very informative, educated and always kept us in the loop. Very passionate about what he does. Followed up and even came back to check up on his work, laid extra product down and reinforced so critters couldn't get back in.

Brian was excellent. We found out that we had a family of raccoons living in our chimney on a Thursday and they were gone by Friday. Brian gave me multiple options in terms of removal and pricing and he turned out to be a lot more cost-effective than other companies, he was prompt and always on time.
