He understands my feelings about having a squirrel invasion inside my home and has worked very diligently to resolve the problem. Simply outstanding. Took care of pigeons roosting under our solar panels and carefully removed their droppings and cleaned remaining residue. Installed animal guards all the way around the panels to avoid future roosting. Can't recommend strongly enough.

Brian with Side by Side Pest Control came to my home the same day i called him to remove 4 Snakes from my yard. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He placed traps and repellent for any other Snakes that may appear on my property. The amount he charged was very reasonable for his willingness to return if needed for no extra charge. Brian is a very responsible small business owner, looking for humane ways to solve pest control problems. From what I understand he has a competitive flat rate, so if multiple trips are required you're not footing that bill. Brian was great to work with, honest, and comes highly recommended for a reason. Very friendly and was willing to get my raccoon problem solved to my liking.

Brian and Amanda are fantastic. At first we were not certain what critter(s) might be under our home. They brought raccoon traps and set them but our "guest" was pretty resistant and actually knocked over one of the traps. Amanda brought squirrel traps to be sure they covered all bases. When we continued to hear the scratching, they came up with a new plan and set the raccoon trap in a different way. Caught the critter but left the traps in case anything else was in there. Started hearing whimpering under the floor and called Brian who confirmed there were babies left behind that were now trapped under the floor. Brian developed a plan that he reviewed with us. He came out with Amanda and they went in under the floor and brought out 3 baby raccoons and cleaned up the mess left behind, sealed up and sealed the support under the floor, made sure all the insulation was placed back in. He even went to the other end of our home and patched up the area where the critters initially got in, placed insulation back where it should be and did an amazing job. He also sprayed repellent to keep away other wanna-be guests. He and Amanda were so thorough and reassuring through the whole process. After getting to know them, we were happy to have the critters gone but will miss seeing them. Great people and God definitely used their expertise and work ethic! Brian provided photos all through the process so that we could see what they had done and gave us tips on how to keep them away in the future. His fees were so reasonable and for the subsequent cleanup with the baby raccoons, he charged only what he needed to in order to accomplish the job. I can't say enough good about this company and we will recommend them to anyone we know that needs pest control services. For pest control this is the service to hire. They provided a thorough assessment of the issues to be resolved (pigeons nesting under solar panels). The scope of work was well described and in this instance involved the removal of nesting a fecal material from under the panels, from the roof gutters and from the downspouts. The material used for exclusion of birds was sturdy, visually acceptable and effective. The contractor was meticulous and the workmanship was of high quality. All interactions were positive and communications were clear.
