Brian was great. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to remove a large hornets nest. He also removed 2 additional wasps nests at no additional charge. Brian did his best at treating the symptoms of a gnat infestation, but the source was hidden. I ultimately had to get some Carpenters in to remove wall/ceiling covering and repair the source of the moisture.
