Great customer service!! Called me back right away and came out the same day to assess what needed to be done with my watering system. Rich is very knowledgeable and has great customer service. I will use this company for my future sprinkler and irrigation needs.

We found out that we had a leaky valve, so we contacted Inland Landscape & Irrigation. Mr. Durbin called me back within three minutes, he was very punctual!! He was able to come out very quickly and remedy the situation. He was very professional and understanding. His pricing is very fair. We are definitely calling him from here on out. He arrived just when he said he would and did a meticulous job of fixing my sprinkler pipes. Included pictures of the work that was done and explained the details.

Richard arrived within an hour of my speaking with him by phone. He repaired a leak in my drip irrigation system. He also pointed out some potential issues with my irrigation system which were the result of the way the system was installed 4 years ago. I greatly appreciated that he noticed these potential issues and told me about them. It explained why I had been experiencing multiple leaks with the system. I have hired him to do some additional work for me and would highly recommend him to other people looking for assistance with their drip irrigation systems.

He provided all the equipment and provide me with a diagram. Rich was totally professional and respectful. He took really good care of my yard and knew all of the answers to my questions. I was so impressed with him that I am using him again to complete other projects.

Rich came out on a Saturday morning to accommodate my work schedule. From the very beginning, I could tell that he was very knowledgeable in his field and kept it so professional through the entire experience. I had two people come to work on my backyard, both who had messed up one way or another. Rich basically came to diagnose and fix the problems they left behind for me. He did everything in a very systematic process so as not to waste time and/or money when doing his job. He was able to find what the problem was within the hour and because I hired him to fix the problem as well, he waived the $75 assessment fee. He didn't want to do a half-assed (pardon the language) job, so he actually left the job part way through to pick up the proper equipment (he didn't have wire long enough but didn't want to have any problems down the road). I was very impressed by this. He and his helper continued to work despite the downpour of rain we got partway through the job. As a courtesy, he even helped me to clamp some of the loose irrigation tubing from a previous job. I was very impressed with his work overall and plan on hiring him for another project in the near future! I highly recommend him to anyone who is having sprinkler difficulties!
