Richard was the first to call me, made an appointment for the same day and then showed up on time. They worked quickly and expertly. I have only good things to say about them and their work.

Richard was very prompt at calling to set up appt after I requested sprinkler repair service. He arrived at the scheduled appt on time and called night before to confirm. Him and his helper went to work promptly and efficiently to remedy my sprinkler. Pricing was within reason. Offered senior discount. I was very pleased with his work and will certainly call him again when need comes up. Also will recommend him to others. Thanks for your efficient and professional work.

Richard Durbin from Inland Landscape & Irrigation was the first business to contact me after my request on May 11 2020. I explained that I had a leak/needed repair at my irrigation system. He tells you up front that he has a $75 fee for coming to your house for an estimate, but this fee is waived if you hire him for the job. Made an appointment for next day. He was prompt, very thorough in explaining what he would do to fix the problem, and he has 30 years experience. I decided to hire this company. Richard filled out an agreement of work to be done and we set the date for 05/19/20. He requires half of payment for the job at the time of signing contract (when paying by check; if want to use credit card he charges 3.52% transaction fee). On 05/18/20, he texted me if it was okay that his crew begin work this day, which was fine by me. Job was started on 05/18/20 and completed on 05/19/20. The work was completed as agreed upon and payment completed. The crew arrived on time, were professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I do plan to use this company again! He is not pushy and I recommend Inland Landscape & Irrigation:)

Very fast in making the initial contact. Arrived at my home in a timely manner. Rich examined the project and quickly gave me the quote. The job was finished in short order. With a new sprinkler system ball valve install & realignment on irrigation line.

The Owner, Rich and his assistant kept in contact before the appointment and arrived on time. He explained his $150 "upfront fee" to inspect the cracked PVC pipe and we agreed. After about 15 minutes of digging around the cracked pipe, he gave me a price to fix the leak. I estimated the fix to be about 1/3 to 1/2 what he quoted me and I told him so. I tried to get him to reduce the price, as it would be about a total of 2 - 3 hours work and $25 in parts. I had to get the small leak fixed and he was already here, so I agreed on the price. He completed the repair in about 3 hours total for a price of $650 (or approx $215 per hour). They did keep in contact with me, showed up on time, we did discuss the price up front and he did fix the leak, so I would say he did well in all areas... other than I believe he is way overpriced for what was done.

Rich is exceptional. Came early, was able to identify the problem and had the equipment to do the repair. Cleaned up and communicated with me every step of the way. Would recommend and use again.
