Rich was the first to call when I finished my request on line. He and his worker were right on time, even calling to update his arrival time. They looked over everything, gave us a quote and when we accepted went right to work. He pays attention to detail and fixed problems we had had since buying our house in 2000. He explained everything in detail to my husband and showed him what needed fixing, moved or replaced. It is nice to be able to turn on our sprinklers without worrying about what's not being watered. Having the water be IN the area it should be and not all over our wood siding is a relief and our grass is actually getting greener. We plan on having this company back to fix any future problems with our irrigation system.
