Richard was very helpful. He listened to me about my sprinkler issues and created a plan. Then he and he crew executed it. They did an excellent job. I would completely recommend them.

Owner was very easy to work with, but price seemed excessive and sprinkler system cover was not included with the work. Left exposed, even wires that seemed dangerous to me with small children living here and open to all types of weather. Volunteered to make me a special cover, but gave me no price, and original suggestion of purchasing a "fake rock" cover did not work out because they aren't made in a size to cover the exposed wires and valves.

The contractor did a good job on the repair and replacements needed. He was fast and the work is holding up. He came when he said he would and called to let us know he was running a little late. But he gave us a bid estimate that seemed fair but when the job was completed , he charged us $200.00 more than what his bid was. We asked for a break down of the cost of the new parts that caused the price to go up $200.00 but he only sent us the invoice that said labor $ xxxx. and parts $xxx. No break down of the price and no recites from the materials purchased.

We moved into a house which required extensive irrigation repair - we were experiencing hidden water leaks which was leading to very high bills. Rich Durbin, owner, contacted me approximately 5 minutes after submitting our request. By the next day he was out at our house and was able to develop a plan to solve our problems. He completed the work very timely and leading to an efficient system without leaks. Rich is an ethical and honest contractor - something one can't always count on. Thank you Rich for your integrity - I recommend Rich with the highest regard for your next project!

The company was on time, figured out the problem in two minutes or less. They were very friendly and coutiteous and knowledgable. As soon as I told them the problem, he know what was wrong and his prediction was correct in fixing it. Bravo!!! Rich!!!! Job well done!!! I highly recommend this company.

I have a Rain Bird system & since moving into my NEW home at the time (2005), had continued issues with my sprinklers popping off. Had 2 previous Sprinkler repair Co before Rich. Rich, after investigating found that the developer had installed a pressure release unit backwards which was causing my underlying problem. I was impressed from the get go, from my first call, Rich showed early to appt time, & throughout follow up. Everything promised he documented. I am also at ease that he performs the work himself and does not contract out to an "assistant". I have no reservations recommending.

Rich was great and didn't try to sell me anything but what I needed. Very honest and trustworthy. I will hire him back in second. Great job.
