Chris Lancaster

Chris was very friendly, prompt, and professional. He did a great job installing a small entryway of tile. He also re-stretched our carpet. When he finished he cleaned up and the carpet and entryway looked perfect.

Chris was on time, professional and did an excellent job installing a new floor in our bathroom. He knew that this was our only bathroom, so he made a point to finish the job in one day. Even if it meant that he stayed a little later. He explained everything he was doing at each step, offered great suggestions and he and his assistant did a wonderful job of cleaning up. We will definitely use Chris again when we redo our kitchen floor.

Chris created a beautiful shower in my master bathroom. He had great suggestions and his work was artistic and very well done. He was always on time and did wonderful clean-up. Mr. Lancaster was very thorough, helpful, and knowledgable during the installation process of our porcelain tile above our new tub inclosure. He gave us ideas how our design would best be suited for the space and the mosiac border and tile work he did is beautiful. We really like the soap and shampoo inlets he created in the walls. We are very happy with the job he did for us and love the finished product.

after work was completed gaps began to appear in between floor boards as well as floor boards that come up under the base boards. I contacted Chris Lancaster about the problems he stated he would come to my home to look at it and we agreed to the time and date. I took time off work to meet with him and he never showed up. I have called him at least five or eight times and left repeated messages but he has never called me back. We had a contract written up and when he was interviewing for the work he repeatedly maintained that he guaranteed all his work, and now he's completely avoiding me by not showing for the agreed appointment.

Mr Lancaster is the ultimate professional. He always kept me informed during each phase of the job. I ended up having Mr Lancaster install about 425 square feet of porcelain tile in the kitchen, hallway and entry, in addition to the two rooms of laminate. I am totally satisfied!
