Roi and his crews did an excellent job again. We had already used them for a kitchen remodel and received rave reviews from friends and family, so we decided to do a bathroom remodel. They did not disappoint us. His guys arrive on time, are very polite, and clean up everyday. Roi is available to resolve any issues, and his guys take care of anything ASAP. We have done several upgrades to our house over the years and dealing with Roi has been the easiest and least stressful out of all of them. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking to do work on their home. I am one who always seeks quotes form several companies to pick their brains and most contractors just have sales people come out to quote and cannot even answer simple questions. This is why I like Roi (the owner) who is actively engaged with the work. Our neighbors have now hired them to do their bathroom and now they have friends wanting him to do work as well.

I decided to go this loyalty construction based on the great price and because of their great reviews on Angies list and yelp. Roi was our project manager, and he was great! Every day the workers were here on time, the work was done beautifully and everything was always left tidy at the end of every work day. The time to complete the job was about 2 and half months. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs any home improving jobs done.

For our first venture into home remodeling, we carefully examined bids from three different firms. We selected to go with Loyalty Construction for a number of reasons: 1. Meni, our consultant and project manager was very kind and respectful to us right away 2. Meni provided some good suggestions for our design choices and seemed like someone we could work with 3. Meni was willing to work with us on the price. We gave him our budget and he promised to work with us within that figure. We were not disappointed and are now enjoying our beautifully remodeled bathroom. The quality of the work performed was excellent and we could not be happier. Even when things needed small adjustments (move the light fixture over, small leak under the sink) Meni never hesitated to "make it right". We felt at all times that he truly cared about the outcome and that we were his highest priority (even though we realized he had other customers). He made himself available to us in the evenings and weekends and always promptly returned our calls. This gave us "first-timers" a great deal of confidence that our project would completed on time and with good quality. All contractors were carefully scheduled by Meni working with us to accommodate our schedules and the entire job was completed within 6 weeks. Only a one week delay was endured due to the unavailability of the tile that we selected. (not the contractor's fault) Each workman who arrived at our door took great care to protect our hardwood floors and conducted themselves in a professional manner at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend Meni and Loyalty Construction to anyone and will certainly consider consider them again for our next project. The kitchen??

In the old bathroom, the bathtub was peeling, the floor tiles were coming off from the floor, the sink and vanity had to be replaced, and the walls and painting had to be redone. We chose to replace the bathtub with a shower with a clear glass door to make the bathtub feel more spacious than its size of 8 x 6 feet. The flooring underneath the tub and the vanity and the wall behind the vanity were rotten and had to be shored up and replaced. The work on the shower area was done carefully and meticulously. Hub mats were installed and all the materials necessary to prevent any water leakage or seepage were placed on the floor and all the walls of the shower area. Joe Stern, the Project Manager who oversaw the work almost on a daily basis, gracefully granted my request to have a bench inside the shower area as an added bonus. I love the two niches in the shower with the glass tiles and the placement of another type of glass tiles on the shower floor. I first preferred to have a frosted glass for the shower door but I'm glad I listened to Joe who suggested that a clear glass door will open up the bathroom and make it look bigger. They also installed recessed lighting above the shower area. Gilbert also did a great job installing the clear glass shower door. They also enabled me to stay at home in the evening and sleep at my house as long as possible during the remodel by not removing the toilet until the last two days of the remodel. The workers (Jose, Mario, etc.) took care of placing coverings on our floors to minimize any damage during the remodel. They also left the inside and outside of our house clean of debris everyday before they left. At the end of the project, they made sure they hauled off all the debris and swept the place clean. Our bathroom now looks like a mini-version of a hotel bathroom. As echoed by those who have seen the before and after of our bathroom, this was truly worth the money spent in this remodel. I would like to thank most especially Joe Stern for his dedication and eye for detail. I look forward to having more projects with them.

The work was completed in a timely fashion. Roi stopped by regularity to see that the work was proceeding as scheduled. We are delighted with the job. We have three dogs and is not easy to have work done on the house because of the dogs. I am happy to say this was not a problem and the work men were very patient when we had to move the dogs around. I recommend Loyalty Construction and would definitely use Roi again for any future projects.

Remodeling can be a nightmare. I am happy to report that my experience with Loyalty construction was as painless as it can possibly be. There are always glitches in any project but Roi,the owner, always responded quickly and efficiently. Once, when I was very frustrated by a delay not due to Loyalty, Roi sent over a housecleaner so that my house would look nice for the house guests we were about to entertain, at his expense. We took the entire room down to the studs and it turned out beautifully.

On time. Within budget. How many chances do you get to say that about a project? I don't give all As in a review unless I really mean it. Our experience with Roi was excellent. He stays in communication with you as needed, and is always willing to take the time to answer questions. He worked well with our designer, which not all contractors do. He also had great suggestions. He was perfectly willing to let us buy our own materials, which a lot of contractors are reluctant to do. He delivers what he says he will, when he says he will. His crew delivered excellent work and left the site clean. They even made me a new table leaf and delivered it in time for Thanksgiving.

The best thing about Loyalty Construction is the organization and customer service. By far a great surprise. Roi was extremely attentive and understanding. Although things went a bit longer than expected, that was partially due to me continuing to add more work to be done. :) Overall, I am extremely pleased and happy with the work done and will definitely be using Loyalty again for future work.

They put in custom cabinets, granite countertops and recessed lighting. They put in all new plumbing and floors. Our inspector said everything turned out excellent and we agree. We would definitely use them again and we would highly recommend them.

Roi was great to work with during the pricing phase. He was very responsive/available and genuinely interested in being awarded this work. In the end the project was awarded to another provider but I would definitely seek out the services of this company for future work

Work performed was done timely and as described. No problems except one worker was too excited to start and broke gate latch to get in. It was quickly replaced without incident.

Terrible experience. We began replacing the garage roof. Once the garage was 75% done, they took the shingles off of the house. Loyalty then stated they were unable to get a permit to do the roofing from the city, and my husband had to go to city offices and get the permit. That should have been done prior to any work. Something is definitely wrong here. They took off the house shingles the day before a predicted 4-day heavy rain, not smart, threw a tarp over it, not done appropriately, and when the rains came, water came in throughout the house, every room. We woke up in the middle of the night with water dripping on us, and throughout the house. All ceilings and parts of walls in every room had to be replaced. We had them finish the roof, and then asked them to do the repairs. When told, they refused to go through their insurance and make the appropriate repairs, denied there was water damage to areas even when some of the spots they said were dry kept falling into the house sopping wet, so we had to go though our homeowners insurance to have it fixed. We had to move out of the house for 2 months during repairs, including all our belongings and furniture to be placed in storage, had to pay our homeowners' deductible which we were never able to recover from Loyalty. The workmanship on the roof seems to be good now, but this experience caused us great emotional damage and inconvenience.

Mr. Roi Gavriely and his crews did a great job for us. From the beginning, he was very punctual showing up at the time we had set up for the estimate. Once we had decided to go with them, we were impressed with his crews (showing up on time and ready to work). The way Roi has his company structured is very good, he has several crews that specialize in their area of expertise. The demolition crew we saw only once, he has a crew that does plumbing only, a crew that does electrical only, a crew that does cabinets only, a crew that does counter-tops only, a crew that does wall patching only, and a crew that does flooring and painting and detail work. Roi was always available to us if we had a question or concern and made us feel comfortable, Everyone that has seen the work that they have done is very impressed, especially the quality of the cabinets (real wood - no particle board) the finish of our cabinets (maple), as well as the inside of the doors being finished. Roi and his crew were able to custom build the cabinets to fit our kitchen - we had some special requests to maximize our little space and his guy said "no problem" they would build it, and they did - these are definitely no bought off the shelf items. I would recommend Loyalty Construction to anyone looking for an estimate for a kitchen or bathroom or an add-on, Roi and his companies prices are very fair and competitive.

Roi was most helpful through out the job. He was available whenever I had a question. The workers arrived each day on time and at the end of the day they always cleaned up after themselves. My husband and I have decided to replace our wood floors, replace all the inside doors and paint the interior of the house. In two rooms we also are going to have the popcorn ceiling removed. Loyality Construction is going to start the job in two weeks.

All work was done in less then 2 weeks. Loyalty Constructions workers were very good and so was the owner who made sure that everything got done in a professional and fast manner. I would use Loyalty Construction in the future for more jobs.
