Dear Customer, I would like to thank you for using purchasing our Big Deal sprinkler tune-up. Our employees came and did the tune up, went over everything with you onsite, and you said that you are interested in upgrading the system that was missing parts, was broken, etc. A few minutes after the foreman left, you were trying to get the crew to perform unrelated tasks during the tune-up. After the tune-up was complete; you never returned my many calls and emails to you regarding a quote on the upgraded system. Then you decided to write a negative review about our company without even calling us to let us know there is something wrong with your timer 2 months after the service. This is very unjustified and unfair. Had we known there was an issue we would have gladly taken a look at it. I hope that our future customers will look at our great overall feedback from members. We try 100% to please all of our customers, and will gladly work with you to try and fix your or any issues with our work.
